Reliance Yanch Home Comfort Barrie

It seems water was pouring out of the top of our water heater, called Reliance and a technician was dispatched within 30 minutes. Derrick Willette was our technician, he was very polite and courteous and with his help arranged to have our new hot water heater installed for this Saturday. We have used Yanch since moving to this area 2 years ago. Steve, who was here today to do our annual checkup under our maintenance contract was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and had helpful suggestions.

Our air conditioner fan stopped turning on outside unit. I called and they booked me an appointment for the following day. The technician Derrick Willette called first to confirm, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable , completed the replacement capacitor within 15 minutes. Very satisfied with him and his work

In 1979 my wife and I moved to Barrie and asked friends about a company to service our furnace and the Yanch company was re commended. In those days it wasn't unusual to get Harold Yanch on the phone if I needn't help. The service was wonderful. In 1985 we moved and for the next 24 years we lived with electric heat, expensive but little service needed. Having moved back to Barrie 3 weeks ago I asked my Barrie situated son in law who he recommended for furnace and a/c service. He said Yanch/Reliance, I called and they have serviced and inspected my furnace/a/c and gas fireplaces. From Dan and Sarah and the tech's who installed my new furnace and a/c I couldn't be happier. Mr. Yanch would be proud.

I have had dealings with the company before and was satisfied. When Darrick arrived right on time to clean our ducting. I was sure we were in good hands as he had installed our air conditioning 10 months earlier. He was efficient and talked us through what he was doing answering all our questions and offering us advice on how best to treat our system. He left everything cleaned up and tidy and I would have no hesitation in having him and the company back anytime.

Our control unit on our HWT was not working so Jonathan Cain came to our house and was great. Super friendly, called before he got there and gave us an ETA... very important when you have children at home to schedule in supper, baths etc. Gave me tips on if I wanted to upgrade my tank, and had the tank fixed within 15 minutes. Highly recommend Jonathan for any other jobs! Thanks again!

the service man was very personable and knew his job very well. I am very satisfied with what he did. Originally I was told it would be $199 . I was also told the serviceman would be there at 0900 - and he actually didn't arrive until about 1345. I had to call and be put on hold twice to find out when he was actually going to come. but the job seems well done.

The person I spoke to explained the plans and set-up the plans immediately. Maintenance & Service Plans started accordingly without any delay. When I called in for furnace maintenance, it was scheduled and serviced right away. The technician was very professional, explained to me options I may want to consider In choosing filter to use and the importance of frequency of changing it. When I asked about the heat distribution in the basement, he also checked them as well as the exchange air. He ordered a part and within next business day, it was delivered and installed. I inquired about having a humidifier installed. Sales Lead Coordinator took care of me from start to finished. Provided me information about the product and link to it for additional information. She took the order, set-up the appointment for the installation and ensure that it would be done same time as the furnace maintenance. When I asked her about getting receipt for my humidifier, she ensure she follow it up with the accounting department and provided me status on when it would be mailed so I would have an idea when to receive it. She's prompt in responding on my email inquiry. She is pleasant to talk to and professional. Excellent customer service experience with the company.

Called Wed.Tech came out same day . Diagnosis replacement. Appt set up for Thursday. Jon the rep was fast, tidy, polite, qualified. Probably the best service experience I've ever had. Well done!
