Furnace cleaning is provided in my contract. I have had it cleaned for the last seven years. The teck. rep "Dan Haley" did the best job I have ever had. Team # RCD11351

Scheduled and on time ! Steve Bowden ( RCD11360) was very friendly, very professional and he explained to me what he was doing. Also when he noticed the broken wire and he repaired it.
He also gave me tips since I did not know anything about Furnace etc. Thanks Steve !

We had our annual inspection of the furnace and air conditioner. Once again we got efficient service and were pleased with the technician (Darrick 11339). He was friendly and helpful giving us a complete rundown on the condition of our equipment.
Thisinspection was part of the protection plan which gives us the comfort of knowing that a reliable contractor is standing by. We have had emergency calls in hte past and they have bee promptly answered.

Our service area is not listed but it is the Yanch territory.

Our Service Guy has been Derrick for a number of years now, through a few furnaces. He is always friendly and helpful and a great service representative. He offered some great advice when it was time to upgrade to our present furnace.

Our serviceman from Reliance (Yanch) name is "Ian", his employee # is 11376 - We have been so extremely pleased with his excellent service in terms of expediency, quality and professionalism that we purchased a yearly service protection program with Reliance!

We booked a service call between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and were told we would received a call prior to the technician coming. We got our call with a 15 minute lead time. Derrick arrived with a pleasant smile, introduced himself, told us what he was going to do and got on with his work. Once finished, he explained to us what he had done, provided us with a copy of his 21 Point Tune Up report and bid us a good day. He was a very pleasant man and we will be asking for him the next time we have a service call. Thank you Derrick. Our units are on a rental contract and the service is included in the cost.

Derek Willette did a wonderful job. He was very precise and accurate and he gave an excellent service. We highly recommend this very nice young man. I will highly recommend this Company.

Steve Bowden from did an excellent job. He was very courteous and helpful. I feel confident that he is an honest, reliable worker and I would not hesitate to call on him for future furnace or air conditioner repairs.

Our Furnace protection plan covers a yearly tune-up which was done by Derek W. (Derek had also done some service work for us in the winter.) He is very knowledgeable, courteous and polite -- he even phoned to say he'd be 5 minutes early! In a service business your front-line staff can make or break the customer experience -- Derek is the best. Thank you.
