Our control unit on our HWT was not working so Jonathan Cain came to our house and was great. Super friendly, called before he got there and gave us an ETA... very important when you have children at home to schedule in supper, baths etc. Gave me tips on if I wanted to upgrade my tank, and had the tank fixed within 15 minutes. Highly recommend Jonathan for any other jobs! Thanks again! Terry
