Called-in after 18:00 for a problem on our humidifier draining system. We had an on-site person within 2 hours; but since parts were not available, the technician didn't just leave but made a temporary solution for the interim until another technician comes in the morning. He explained to us what's going on and what he was going to do. He even called the technician who will be finishing the job and briefed him of what's going on. In my opinion, that was great. At least the owner wouldn't need to repeat himself and the transition of the work is done smoothly. Both technicians were very pleasant and professional. It really showed that they take pride of what they're doing. Keep up the good work and service. This would separate you from the others.

4 years after, still looked after us ... What a service! I remember we had 3 companies who provided estimates on our shutters for the whole house. They all pretty much came close in prices, but we were impressed by Marco. He came right on time, very professional on the way he talks and explained well our options. We could tell that he has passion and takes pride on what he's doing (didn't sound like a salesman making a commission). So we decided to give him the project. The installer came and same thing, very nice guy and professional the way he speaks. I remember when he told me that one of their customers, after 3 years that they installed the shutter, had a minor problem. He told me that they took care of it at no cost. I told myself, maybe 3 years was exaggerated. Anyway, here I am after 4 years, had a minor problem with our shutter. Then I remember what the installer said. So, I sent an email to Divine Design. I couldn't believe it, Marco ask my availability and said he would send one of his crew. My shutter is now fixed. That's an excellent customer service!

Technician was very professional. He explained in detail what needs to be done and ensure everything is running before he left. I also like the idea that he got shoes cover. Person who scheduled the call was helpful. The next person who assisted me ensured that copy of the missing section of the sales contract showing warranty would be provided when the technician comes, but no copy was provided.

The person I spoke to explained the plans and set-up the plans immediately. Maintenance & Service Plans started accordingly without any delay. When I called in for furnace maintenance, it was scheduled and serviced right away. The technician was very professional, explained to me options I may want to consider In choosing filter to use and the importance of frequency of changing it. When I asked about the heat distribution in the basement, he also checked them as well as the exchange air. He ordered a part and within next business day, it was delivered and installed. I inquired about having a humidifier installed. Sales Lead Coordinator took care of me from start to finished. Provided me information about the product and link to it for additional information. She took the order, set-up the appointment for the installation and ensure that it would be done same time as the furnace maintenance. When I asked her about getting receipt for my humidifier, she ensure she follow it up with the accounting department and provided me status on when it would be mailed so I would have an idea when to receive it. She's prompt in responding on my email inquiry. She is pleasant to talk to and professional. Excellent customer service experience with the company.

We are very happy with our new kitchen and two vanity countertops installed by Artistic GQ. The workmanship, quality and price of the countertops were excellent. From the initial visit to the installation, we had a very positive experience. Piero is very responsive both via phone and email to all our questions. Both installers were courteous and competent. Our overall experience was amazing and will definitely highly recommend them to others.
