I would like to thank Derrick, an employee of yours for excellent customer service. He came to my house on May 15th to clean my ducts. As a woman I have no clue the process and he was very informative on exactly what he was doing and where he was going when he was in different rooms of my house. I am pleased with the service i recieved, and the friendlyness/knowledge of your employee. A commitment to great customer service is to be commended. We recently purchased a gas fireplace from Yanch Heating and air. We had a wood burning fireplace for over 30 years so it was a big decision to change. We were very pleased with Randy and our installers! they did exactly what they said they would and at the time they said. We are thoroughly enjoying the ease and quality of our new fireplcae. Two weeks ago our furnace quit. I called Yanch and they gave me same day service. The prompt service was really appreciated in the middle of winter the tech didnt have the part but said he would come back later that day. He didnt let us down around 3pm he was back and we had heat again!
