It seems water was pouring out of the top of our water heater, called Reliance and a technician was dispatched within 30 minutes. Derrick Willette was our technician, he was very polite and courteous and with his help arranged to have our new hot water heater installed for this Saturday. My husband and I are very satisfied that the problem can be taken care of so quickly. Thank you Reliance, Sincerely, Anne Cassidy Duncan
