White Rodgers Manifold gas valve 36j27-508 replaced, along with flame sensor. Valve was quoted by technician at $350, paid $593 for just the valve. Part is listed online at several places for <$200. Caveat emptor.

Had furnace replaced yesterday. The service technicians were very professional on all levels and did an excellent job. We are also very happy with the actual furnace. Dealing with City Gas from the beginning was a very smooth process. The sales person made is very simple to choose the right furnace for our needs. We would totally recommend this company for their products and services.

I am so pleased to give this company a 10 on 10 for superb support. The folks at City Gas handle things beautifully on a routine basis, but I was amazed--and very grateful-- when I needed almost immediate help. The 75 gallon hot water heater in my furnace room rusted out at the bottom and caused a bit of chaos to say the least. After I got the water shut off, I sent an "emergency" email to their info address - this was Sunday afternoon. The response was prompt and courteous. At 11 am the next day (Monday) two senior techs were on site to install a new unit - exactly the commercial model I needed. The furnace room was spotless when they left and the old unit was tucked in away in their truck. I have great regard for this kind of excellence!

Hired for help with our furnace at the office and in one day we knew what was wrong and City Gas had us working where another company hadn't been able to tell us what was going wrong for a VERY long time. We will continue to use City Gas for our business!!!

City Gas were great. The cleaned and serviced both our air conditioner and furnace. They were on time and very efficient, and gave great advice. Raza was a great technician, very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend City gas to my family and friends.

I appreciate the sound advice that saves me money and give me true comfort. My service was timely and after 8 years I am still happy. The installation of the tank-less water heater has provided me more hotter water at a lower cost and I do not have to pay rent because it belongs to me.

I don't need to say how hard it is to find good people! After dealing with various sets of clowns I found City Gas Co. on Homestars and they ARE stars! Excellent service on the 'phone and excellent service at my house. And above all, it felt like I am dealing with people who actually give a damn and realise I am not simply a cash-cow.

This company did a very good job. They were neat, on time, communicative and professional. Although I would not want to have another furnace failure, I would call them again if needed.
