Wow! John V. was there when I needed state-of-the art service in short order to solve a major difficulty. Protection Plus was also able to accommodate my special request for early morning service. I had a Medeco cylinder changed and fresh keys made. Now my residence is secure and that is a very good thing. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous. I would use this firm again.

I am so pleased to give this company a 10 on 10 for superb support. The folks at City Gas handle things beautifully on a routine basis, but I was amazed--and very grateful-- when I needed almost immediate help. The 75 gallon hot water heater in my furnace room rusted out at the bottom and caused a bit of chaos to say the least. After I got the water shut off, I sent an "emergency" email to their info address - this was Sunday afternoon. The response was prompt and courteous. At 11 am the next day (Monday) two senior techs were on site to install a new unit - exactly the commercial model I needed. The furnace room was spotless when they left and the old unit was tucked in away in their truck. I have great regard for this kind of excellence!

Robert Kusiak was chosen to do repairs to our stone walkway and veranda. The walkway had sunk over the years and we needed an additional step added to reach the porch comfortably. Robert found a good match for the stones and expertly cut them and added in a nice step. It is a perfect fit with the rest of the walkway. Although not part of the contract, he constructed a pad for us with the stones removed from the walkway. He was courteous, professional and skilled. We will choose him again for further work. which we plan for next year.

Gabe was tremendously patient and helpful with initial consultations. Amnon, Sergei and Phillip are expert tradesmen and did just a superb job with the installation. They worked hard removing gigantic old picture windows. They were professional and courteous as well. The new windows look gorgeous and everything was left in fine order. I am more than pleased!

I can't say enough good things about this firm. They are highly skilled, multi-certified and credentialled to the highest standards. We run a small business operation and needed to get up to date with Toronto Fire Codes. Steadfast came to see us and inspected everything. They did a complete review of the premises and provided full recommendations as well as cost quotes. They looked after all the extinguishers, heat detectors, fire panel, monitoring system connection, emergency lighting and emergency pull panels. They also completed a fire safety plan for us to display in glass at the entrance. When the work was done, we were issued Certificates attesting to inspections completed, work accomplished, and fire code compliance. I consider this work important for safety, but also for insurance puposes if ever there is a problem. I have asked Steadfast to put my premises into their system for an annual review so that I can relax and know that these very important details are looked after on an on-going basis.
