Maydone Appliance Repair

The motherboard on our 2-year old Dacor oven burned out. The part was discontinued. The first appliance repair company I called charged me $150 for a service call and told me there was nothing they could do. Maydone also told me the part was discontinued, but their solution was to rebuild the motherboard themselves.. The oven now works fine. It was expensive but cheaper than replacing the oven.

The interior lights stopped working on the same oven. Maydone made 3 calls trying to diagnose the problem, which seemed to be a bum transformer. In the end they couldn't fix it, but they didn't charge me either.

I would recommend Maydone to anyone. And I strongly advise you not to buy a Dacor oven.

The temperature control in our oven was no longer working well. We called Maydone and they were very responsive, came over diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. When it was time for the repair they were clean, efficient and friendly. I would use the again. Thanks for the great service.

It was warranty work so I didn't pay this time. There were assigned by Whirlpool to service my gas range still under warranty. They identified the issue immediately, ordered the necessary replacement part and came the following business day to repair my oven. I also showed them an issue with my fridge and completely identified the issue and called immediately to schedule the secondary visit.

I found Maydone Appliance Repair on HomeStars and requested a quote to replace a Heat Recovery Ventilation unit. Their quote was not the cheapest (in the middle), but I chose them because of their quick response time and professionalism. Communication was great, before, during, and after the work. The technicians were excellent, polite, and were very responsive to my questions and requests. They did a great job, worked very efficiently, and kept the work area as clean and tidy as possible. Overall, I was happy with their workmanship, customer service, and I would recommend Maydone Appliance Repair. I will definitely use them again when needed.

Our technician Igor from Maydone did a fantastic job fixing up our Maytag Bravos washing machine. I gave a detailed description of the problem during the appointment booking, along with our washer model. Igor suspected that we needed a new water pump, and had brought a replacement along with him just in case. After verifying the issue he was able to swap out the pump on the same visit! Its been a couple of weeks now, and theres no more issues with the washer not draining properly. Thanks Igor!

Igor arrived on time, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He checked to see if the new part was in stock. It was in stock, and he arrived later in the day to make the repair.

Great service from Maydone Appliance Repair. Our fridge was making a very loud and fast ticking sound, like a fan blade striking something. Maydone sent out Arkadiy within hours of our service request. He was polite and very efficient and diagnosed and repaired the problem, a loose fan blade, very quickly. Looks like we've found our go-to appliance repair company.
