Maydone Appliance Repair

I got a booking for a repair person to come the next day. Vitalii was a bit late for the appointment because he was still working another job. He quickly diagnosed the issue and happened to have the replacement part needed in the truck at the time. He got the part installed and my fridge working again very quickly. He was friendly and professional.

The work was more expensive than I was expecting even with a $30 discount, though I'm not familiar with what the going rate to replace a dead circuit board on a fridge is. Having said that, my fridge is working again and I was happy with Vitalii's work.

I had to follow up with Maydone a few days later to get an itemized invoice of the work that was done as it was not emailed to me the following day as I was told to expect. Their billing department did email me the invoice after I followed up.

Overall I'm happy with the experience.

These guys were amazing. Showed up on time, very professional, had the right tools and fixed the problem. They are definitely my new go to guys for appliance repairs.

Sent an e mail requesting service on Tuesday evening. Received a phone call booking the appointment for the next afternoon within 30 minutes of the on line request.
Max the technician called 20 minutes before arriving, repaired the dryer and reviewed the washer with some suggestion. He even had a quick look at our older model fridge on his way out and made suggestions we could carry out ourselves. Fantastic service. I would have no hesitation to strongly recommend this superb service.

Range was stuck in locked out mode. Called another appliance repair who said they would call me back in 2 days!!
Contacted maydone instead. Same day service repaired the stove. Amal (technician) was friendly and professional.

We had an issue with our KitchenAid range hood motor malfunctioning. Maydone Appliance repair sent over Vitali who was courteous and thorough in his assessment of our appliance and gave us an honest estimate for our repair/replacement options.
After further inspection he was able to reset the device and had it functioning again.

Had my dryer quickly and quietly repaired as it would tumble but no heat. Technician came in and did a great job and explained everything clearly and cleaned up the machine and the area when all the work was done!

Alex, the technician, is very knowledgeable. He explained everything about the defect. They excel in repairs but fall slightly short in terms of customer service. I am rating them with 5 stars for the great work, and 4 stars for customer service and the charges.

Found Maydone on Homestars and were very pleased right from the get go. Very professional, provided all the necessary information and costs upfront and were Punctual and communicative. Alex, their technician was terrific. He clearly loves what he does coz he was singing the entire time. Wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend Maydone.
