Ben's Appliances

Our co-op is Surrey has just recently moved to making our purchases with Ben's Appliances. Customer service, delivery, and pricing is outstanding. Follow - up just as good. Definitely going forward our new supplier.

While shopping around for range we got the best rate and deal. Sales person was very helpful in answering our queries. Product delivery dates were provided at the earliest. Courteous and good customer service.

Bens appliance location is in a bit of an awkward location but worth the travel. Matt seems to know his appliances and is honest with his recommendations. I did not feel pressured nor was I even tried to be convinced the most expensive was for me. He took time to listen and then suggested what he felt best for our needs. Delivery was great, on time, quick and no damages to stair well. Just a little wet and dirty from the rain! all in all I am pleased with Ben's. As for the fridge it was just delivered today so I have to give it a week or two to know if I am satisfied with that.

We had wonderful customer service. We love the dishwasher and the help we received answered all our questions. Also it is so nice to know that with the 5 year warranty we can get it fixed if it breaks. The warranty wad not expensive and even just one visit from a repairman will cover that cost.

We have just returned from Ben's Appliances where we were looking for a new top load washing machine. We were met immediately buy Russ who went over all of the different machines telling us the pros and cons of all of the different products. Since we were wanting a product that did the best job and was the most reliable machine we ended up with a front load machine because of the best cleaning for the clothes and keeping good clothes longer, and for the ease of operation.
We were super impressed that they still had the records of a repair on our present washing machine done in 1982. How many companies keep records that long? We don't have our new washing machine yet, but just the service alone today and in previous years gives me tremendous confidence in receiving our new washing machine. We have bought most of our appliances over the years from Ben's and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent personal service and competitive prices.

We were referred by a friend years ago and they are perfect! Very knowledgeable and friendly and will give you answers that are honest. We have purchased two fridges, a cook top (Jenn-Air) and a induction stove. The service has been fantastic! A little hard to find but worth it. We would not shop for major appliances anywhere else.

I have been a customer of Ben's Appliances since the '70's and have always found them to be honest and straightforward. The appliances are competitively priced and they stand by their products. The repair division is also excellent to deal with.

I went to several appliance and hardware stores, looking to replace our 4 year old Samsung that wasn't working well. The problem couldn't be fixed because the problem was due to a bad design. I found Ben's Appliances by searching for appliance stores so we went there after going to 4 other stores. We were greeted by Russ, a very friendly, knowledgeable salesman. I had some brands in mind and said we didn't want to see any Samsungs. When he said they didn't sell that brand, I knew this was the store for me. I was considering a KitchenAid, but he showed us the most beautiful counter-depth Fridgidaire and that was it. The price was comparable to the other stores and the fact that they service what they sell, sold us on Ben's. We are so happy we found Ben's. I wish we needed to buy more appliances because we would definitely buy them there.

No pressure sales, honest straightforward information. Great comparisons to help with making our choice of product. Additionally, they have a great service/repair department. We would highly recommend Ben’s to our friends and family.
