Ben's Appliances

I went to several appliance and hardware stores, looking to replace our 4 year old Samsung that wasn't working well. The problem couldn't be fixed because the problem was due to a bad design. I found Ben's Appliances by searching for appliance stores so we went there after going to 4 other stores. We were greeted by Russ, a very friendly, knowledgeable salesman. I had some brands in mind and said we didn't want to see any Samsungs. When he said they didn't sell that brand, I knew this was the store for me. I was considering a KitchenAid, but he showed us the most beautiful counter-depth Fridgidaire and that was it. The price was comparable to the other stores and the fact that they service what they sell, sold us on Ben's. We are so happy we found Ben's. I wish we needed to buy more appliances because we would definitely buy them there.
