A drip occurred after a cycle was finished in my front loaded washing machine. As I was concerned, I called and this company sent a serviceman to check it out. He analyzed the problem, and said that there was no issue. To demonstrate his point, he removed the top of the machine and explained to me the mechanism and that it is working fine. I was very satisfied at his thorough examination of the machine and so nothing further had to be done.

Secondly, Rahul the technician that came out!! Hebtop was patient, empathic and left me with a feeling of empowerment as a homeowner. Rahul ensured that I understood what was happening and even stressed that I be patient and take my time to understand what was happening. No rush, no fuss, but ensured stressing we will figure the problem. My only - was the call centre staff were not as efficient. Amy tried but didnt pay attention to detail and the information being given as a consumer. She second guessed my verbatim and 1:1 interactions with initial technician and manager. IN the end that was minor as Carmine ensured he followed up and provided SUPERB customer service.
I had a problem with my Faber range hood, ARS was able to locate the part and install it. Everything was done in a very efficient and prompt manner. Steve the technician deserves a shout out as it was no easy task replacing the part, but he did it with patience and great efficiency.
I was having the problem of leak in my unit, the technician Rahul from ARS came to fix my washer and found there is not actually a problem with a washer. He suggested some tips and instructions to properly is the machine, very happy and satisfied with his service, highly recommendable.
No diagnostics were performed by a technician who does not know what he is doing. My feeling is that he is such a poor technician his only goal is to say that the appliance is not worth repairing and walk away with your diagnostic fee. If i stopped there I wouldn't have the mess I have now though. What started off as a simple repair turned into a lot of damage to my appliance and home. I have never seen such incompetence in the over 30 years i lived in my home. They offer no guarantee to any work they perform are very dishonest, or go with their word and refuse to put what they say in writing. I'm in my 60s and only used the appliance on weekends. Now I have to do things by hand, and have damage to home caused by several floods and a $300 tape job on a hose. both the manager named Amy and the technician Rahul have no class and s no scruples. Shame on you. Do what's right and make the repair.
