I contacted Ben's appliances by phone and arranged for the dishwasher that I was hoping to buy, they had it in stock, made the sale by phone - Russ was wonderful to deal with.
Kevin installed it this morning as scheduled and was very efficient and friendly.
Definitely our new go to store for our appliance needs.

Russ was great, had the fridge on the showroom floor, remembered my wife's call and speeded up delivery . Kevin delivered it and rolled it into a tight space without damaging the walls or door. Great showroom too.

Bought a dishwasher after realizing mine was not worth fixing - pricing was good, customer service was great - didn't feel like I was being rushed at all or that I was being led to purchase a more expensive brand/model -AND they were able to deliver/install one week earlier than anticipated.

In addition to Russ' knowledge of all the appliances, it was his listening skills that stood out. He wanted to know what I needed out of the appliances. He was able to help me choose the best appliances for me. While I was renovating my kitchen, had to change one of the appliances and that was no problem. I was able to pay over a time period which helped. Due to COVID-19 my kitchen reno was delayed. Then the fridge started making noises, so need the appliances NOW. They were able to accommodate on the short lead time. Kevin was fantastic for the delivery and placement of the appliances. Went so smoothly. When Russ was not available to answer any of my questions, Matt or Shelley were always helpful. They always went the extra mile to help me out. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben's Appliance in Surrey.

Russ was courteous and helpful with initial order by phone. Delivery was well within projected time frame. Kevin and his assistant were very efficient and respectful in removing old fridge and installing new one. Very pleased with your company and service level, will definitely recommend Ben's Appliances to others.

Ask for Matt he is friendly and knowledgeable, most importantly he won't sell you something you don't need. I'm not big on haggling so I was pleasantly surprised when he offered me a discount without having to ask for one.
