In this day and age, it is the after the sales is what always fall short.

To remedy, we were looking for a reliable local Vancouver business that would help us if we ever need help with our new 27" Whirlpool Washer & 27" Ventless Dryer, post sales and decided to go with Ben's Appliances.

Sure we could have gone elsewhere to pay a dirt-bottom price to an online anonymous vendor who would only deliver the product to our sidewalk with machines still wrapped its shipping crates.

By Choosing Ben's Appliances, we received the following:
1) Full unwrapping of washer & dryer with packing material removed from premises;
2) Removal of any safety hardware required during transport;
3) We opted to have pedestals: Ben's support staff lifted machines onto pedestals;
4) Ben's support staff leveled both Washer & Dryer against any uneven flooring;
5) Full water and electrical hooks up completed and tested;
6) Full washer & dryer tested;
7) Received full training on use on both washer & dryer and answered all my questions;
8) We opted to purchase full 5-year full parts and labour warranty.

One month later, we a extremely happy to report both the Whirlpool washer dryer operate effortlessly, quiet, uses less water and washes beautifully.

This is our second product purchased from this store. Refrigerator, purchased, delivered and installed in a very professional manner. Matt, who was the salesman, was very easy to deal with and Kevin who delivered the product took old refrigerator our and set it up in shop, then installed new refrigerator, making sure we were happy with everything prior to him leaving. We will be dealing with them again should the need arise and we have no hesitation in highly recommending Ben's Appliance's.

Always seem to return here for our appliance purchases....usually Maytag, but they carry a good line of best products. Good payment and delivery/removal system in place as well. Nice to see a family business to continue to shine and operated in the community.

After a disappointing experience with our previous, less than five-year-old fridge, we went to Ben’s Appliances to inquire about various options. The individual was very knowledgeable and provided topnotch one-to-one customer service. Our delivery experience was equally wonderful. The delivery person called ahead of time and provided a reasonable and accurate window of time to take delivery. Our old fridge, as well as all of the cardboard and plastic, were taken away. In both situations it was clear that customer service is a core value of this company and we will definitely recommend to friends and family.

When I remodeled my kitchen years ago I checked out prices everywhere and found Ben’s appliances the best. I purchased all my kitchen appliances through them. When I moved into my townhome I purchased everything from them again including my washer and dryer. I have had nothing but great service from them and would not ever use anyone else. Their prices are the best along with friendly and very good service And I have recommended them to all my friends.

I was looking for appliances which fit my built in cabinets, it was good working with Russ to determine the correct refrigerator and delivery date. When the Refrigerator arrives his staff will measure my cabinets to install a double oven. I like the idea a expert will help me determine the correct ovens for the space.

This company and staff will renew your faith that great customer service is not yet dead. They did what they said they would do, when they would, almost to the minute. Friendly, well spoken and very knowledgeable about their products and services. The delivery men do what other stores will not do to help and accommodate the customer.
They go beyond the expedient and also inspect the appliance to be sure it is free of any concern or blemish.
In summary, no other store comes close to Ben's Appliances for customer satisfaction.

We have shopped here for many, many years as have my in-laws (since 1962). Will not go anywhere else. Customer service is above and beyond.
