WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM REPAIR CARE!

Incredible that this company is still in business with such poor service! Unfortunate for me, I was desperate to have my washer repaired.

They removed a small rag from my washer. This was the reason it did not drain. The serviceman, talked me into having my machine serviced....said it was a good idea. 'My machine was in great shape so why not keep it that way'. Sounded like a good idea to me. So 10 minutes and $300.00 later, the job was done.

2 weeks later washer is not draining again. Called Repair Care and left several messages to see if they would honour their maintenance service for free since it obviously was something the service man, did or forgot to do that caused this.

After 3 days, they returned my call...offered nothing....no help, no wave of any service cost whatsoever....so I asked to speak to the Manager, Dennis. 3 more days later....he finally returns my call saying they can do nothing for us as they have no control as to what we do to our machines that may have caused this.

The other appliance people I called, fixed the Repair CAre Service mans error.

The dishwasher leaked and needed a repair as soon as possible. Ottawa Pro Appliance was able to send a professional and knowledgable repair technician within 2 days. He was very pleasant and tidy and clearly knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Prompt service.Excellent work.Would recommend their service to anyone else.Gave us an accurate estimate too.

Chris removed the ice from my freezer and heated up the clogged pipes at the back of the freezer. He did a very good job and was extremely helpful.

My diaheasher will not start what a great guy by being in business myself I know excellent service and that guy Mike is one of the best excellent costumer service pleasant guy and even fix my screen door on the patio being a single person I don't have access to repairman now that I know your cie and Mike I will be recommending this cie to anyone who has appliances repairs no pressure I told him that I will call the cie tomorrow to let them know if I wanted fix and believe me after checking all my options I will be calling the cie in the morning to have it fix

Mike came on time and was very professional. He fixed my dryer and icemaker rapidly. Everything is working great now and we would recommend their service to everyone.

It was a very painless experience. From booking the appointment to their very knowledgeable technician Oliver diagnosing that my fridge needed a very common repair. Something called a temperature sensor was needed. He said that he would be right back as he had the part with him. The part was installed and my fridge has been good as new ever since. I have already given his card to a friend who needs a dishwasher looked at.

Happy with the repair. Good and efficient . Very good comany..definitely recommend them again. Reasonable prices.

The service was excellent and technician was very friendly. Very prompt and good quality work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any appliance repair.

Took over 6 weeks for complete repair and estimate kept changing. After the initial repair it was discover something else was wrong.
I don't know if the initial repair was necessary. The cost of repair was just below of installing a new and updated dishwasher.
The service dates was arrange and canceled twice and when I called I was told the I can cancel my request.
I felt that I was being blamed for their incompetence.
