Everybody I called at this company was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I had a problem and a technician was sent out to my house the same day, I was very pleased with the service I received and I will be using this company more in the future.

So impressed with this company. With our furnace making a terrible noise in -30, I called their emergency service. A person who was an actual technician, not an answering service, picked up. We had a chat where he actually identified the problem before seeing it. But I still wanted someone to come and look. Within 2 hours, Richard -- who is the project manager, and the person who answered my call -- was at our house, looking at the problem and reassuring us it wasn't dangerous. But it was clear the old 16 year old furnace was going. We bought a new high efficiency Rheem from him with an installation date of a day later. Such amazing service and timing. I was very worried about the noise the furnace was making and with very cold nights there was no way we wanted to wait days for an installation. Richard promised that two experienced techs, not a tech and an assistant, would do the work. The two men who came were fantastic. They did such a tidy job of routing our new venting pipes. The furnace was in place and working in less that 4 hours. The place was left spotless. The furnace has worked perfectly since we've had it. Richard even dropped into the installation to see how it was going and offered some important maintenance tips. We felt like we picked a solid company and we received excellent service. As a result, we've dumped our former furnace company and are using these guys.

Great service all around. Called for an estimate on some exhaust pipe replacement that was half the price of the other company. Was offered a furnace that at a great price given the age of the furnace. My mother in law was happy with the service and the way they carried themselves in her house (always a concern with the elderly). Arrived when they said and finished the same way. Happy to recommend this company in a time when it's difficult to trust. They followed up with me to ensure satisfaction.

Not only was the price right, but the service was excellent. I am very appreciative when a company makes commitments and keeps them. The service person was on time, polite and competent. I will definitely entrust my furnace to AC & Furnace Depot in the future.

I am so impressed with this company that it is beyond words. During the ice storm that we had a little while my furnace stopped working. I called 6 other companies and 3 didn't pick up and the other 3 said that they would not be able to come out because of the roads or because their trucks were frozen. Even after I explained that I had a 1 year old baby and I needed to get it fixed the other companies were not able to come through. But AC & Furnace was totally different. They actually gave me an appointment and within 3 hours they showed up. The technician, Richard, was incredible and explained to me that it took him 2 hours just to get into his truck because it had 1 inch of ice all over it and he couldn't even open his door. He indicated that he had to keep adding hot water to it just to get in the door and then he had to let his truck run for almost 1 hour. NOW THAT IS COMMITMENT! And after working so hard to get to my home he had my system up and running in about 15 minutes and charged me a nominal fee for what had to be the worst day I had ever seen in my life. My highest praise and recommendation goes to this amazing company.

Absolutely Fabulous is the best way to describe AC & Furnace Depot! I have a yearly maintenance contract with AC & Furnace Depot which I signed up for when they installed my furnace 3 years ago (excellent experience there too). What strikes me most is how friendly they are. My personal sales rep is Jimmy, who is always accommodating and kind, even when I need to cancel an appointment at the last minute. The technicians who have visited my home are always polite, clean, and greet me or my wife with a smile at the door. And here is what makes this company even more special; my mother’s furnace stopped working a couple of weeks ago, and so I called Jimmy and asked about pricing and availability, and he said that they could get someone to install the very next day if I really wanted it. But on top of that, he said that he would give my mother the discounted price on a furnace as if she had a service contract, even though she didn’t have a maintenance contract with them, only I did in my home. Just like I said, AC & Furnace Depot is a FABULOUS company to deal with. They come with my highest recommendation.

I've never left a review before however I was so appalled by AC Furnaces work and customer service. Initially the installer installed the furnace backwards so the intake was blowing out and the venting was sucking in. Without asking or an apology he stayed till 11pm in the evening trying to rectify the situation only to have to come back the next day . I was skeptical of the size and after spending all that money we still find our house cold during the winter months. Recently out tankless water tank failed and, Jimmy, one of the managers told me that they no longer install them so he wouldn’t be able to service it. No recommendation or anything. Previous to that I asked him if someone could take a look at our furnace or duct work to see if there was any way to rectify the situation. Again I was met by a closed door. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but with out a doubt one of the worst experiences when working on our house. Look elsewhere.

WOW!!! A really honest and hard working heating and air conditioning company! I am a Realtor and I have worked with numerous other companies and I think AC & Furnace is by far the best and most reasonable that I have ever encountered.
My air conditioner went out at 7 pm on a Saturday on a sweltering hot day in July. I called a few other companies first and all I got was an answering machine, but this company actually had a live person pick up. I explained what was going on and instead of brushing me off until the next day, he said a technician would be over before 9 pm. Someone showed up as promised and fixed my air conditioner for a VERY good price. The technician even checked my freon and he did not try to up sell anything to me or do anything other than what was needed for the repair.
I will gladly recommend this company to all my family, friends, and clients. Excellent job AC & Furnace Depot!

Our air conditioning broke during a super hot day this summer. My house was 80 degrees F (yes, I am pretty old school) and we were not at all comfortable. We found AC and Furnace Depot on the internet and their website looked very professional, and so we gave them a call.

They made it to my home in a few hours. The technician who arrived was courteous, respectful, and thorough. We ended up requiring more freon. He explained our options and how much it would cost (I thought it to be very nominal and fair) and we approved the repair.

Along with repairing the air conditioning, the technician noticed that the condenser in our backyard was unusually noisy. He offered to install one replacement part for a minimal fee and, viola, you can barely hear the outside unit now. I am very impressed with this company and would happily refer them to anyone in need of their services.
