I've never left a review before however I was so appalled by AC Furnaces work and customer service. Initially the installer installed the furnace backwards so the intake was blowing out and the venting was sucking in. Without asking or an apology he stayed till 11pm in the evening trying to rectify the situation only to have to come back the next day . I was skeptical of the size and after spending all that money we still find our house cold during the winter months. Recently out tankless water tank failed and, Jimmy, one of the managers told me that they no longer install them so he wouldn’t be able to service it. No recommendation or anything. Previous to that I asked him if someone could take a look at our furnace or duct work to see if there was any way to rectify the situation. Again I was met by a closed door. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but with out a doubt one of the worst experiences when working on our house. Look elsewhere.
