I called for getting my furnace tune up before winter. The technician didn't arrive at the stated times but he did a very good job and I found him friendly and efficient.

Miguel came to clean my furnace and found significant water damage which he showed me. The furnace is 15 years old so we discussed fixing the problem or purchasing a new furnace. Following Miguels clear explanation of the pros and cons of the different furnaces available I decided to have a new furnace installed. Technician Resat came early and on time. Very courteous and thoroughly inspected/cleaned our furnace. He changed the air filter and recommended to change the air purifier UV tube. However, since the furnace was seldom use for air conditioning in the summer, we declined the recommendation and opted to change it next year. The price for the service is very reasonable.

I bought the whole furnace, air conditioner, hot water tank 8 years ago with a 10 years warranty, unfortunately recently the water tank broke , I called , they sent a technician the next day and his assessment was to change the tank
He sent the invoice to the office, hoping they will get back to me by next day , knowing we have no hot water
Nobody followed up. My husband and I ended up calling them more than 10 times the next three days, they keep saying , they are waiting for approval of the warranty
Booked for another technician, stayed home all day , nobody showed up , every time we called, they keep telling us , they will follow up or the representative had no clue what was going on
After a whole week of no hot water, I had to change my Thanksgiving day gathering plans to rent a hotel room to take showers
As I am writing this review , still dont have hot water, had to call another company to buy a new hot water tank
Have to spend all these money even though we have two more years of warranty on it

Removed a dense spiderweb or nest which was blocking a sensor and preventing the furnace from firing.

I get the Lennox furnace maintained annually by Mersey They are proactive and call me to book the service appointment.
The service man always does a thorough check of all the components.
