I am so impressed with this company that it is beyond words. During the ice storm that we had a little while my furnace stopped working. I called 6 other companies and 3 didn't pick up and the other 3 said that they would not be able to come out because of the roads or because their trucks were frozen. Even after I explained that I had a 1 year old baby and I needed to get it fixed the other companies were not able to come through. But AC & Furnace was totally different. They actually gave me an appointment and within 3 hours they showed up. The technician, Richard, was incredible and explained to me that it took him 2 hours just to get into his truck because it had 1 inch of ice all over it and he couldn't even open his door. He indicated that he had to keep adding hot water to it just to get in the door and then he had to let his truck run for almost 1 hour. NOW THAT IS COMMITMENT! And after working so hard to get to my home he had my system up and running in about 15 minutes and charged me a nominal fee for what had to be the worst day I had ever seen in my life. My highest praise and recommendation goes to this amazing company.
