It took me years to find an air conditioning company that I could trust, and these guys are definitely the real deal.

I recently moved into a home with a non-functioning AC. Before the home purchase, I agreed with the seller that I would take of the replacement in return for a reduction in the home purchase price. And so I moved in last week and set off to quickly find a company to replace my central air conditioner.

These folks offered a competitive price and unparalleled service. They are very friendly and polite and when the unit was installed they weren't rushed to leave, but rather they took the time to explain things and offer some tips, including on how to use the thermostat and humidifier that they also installed.

Two summers before, I had a different company replace the air conditioner in my old home. The work performed by the other company, along with the old company's service before, during and after, was entirely inferior and actually more expensive than AC & Furnace Depot.

I wish I found this outstanding company sooner.

This company is as honest as they come and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I am a senior citizen who doesn't know a lot about mechanical equipment, and I am often worried about being taken advantage of Their technician came over and said that their was a wiring issue with my air conditioner. He was very friendly and we talked a little bit. In the end, he fixed it and didn't even charge me for the repair, only for the service call because he said I was so nice.
I couldn't be happier and would suggest this company to anyone who wants someone who is friendly and who they can trust.

Service is practically a con. Your heater doesn't work so they come and diagnose it and charge $385 for a simple Hot Surface Ignition that likely costs them I'm guessing $40 (The $385 I had even negotiated down from $575), but they have you by the balls because your furnace doesn't work and it's cold outside. Total diagnosing and replacement time was about 20 minutes.

On a positive note, they did fix furnace and the service guy was friendly. Otherwise, I'd give them a 0.

We called AC Furnace Depot after another HVAC repair company only offered essentially replacement of our entire system.

Contrary to the opinion of the other company's technician, the AC Furnace Depot technician indicated the problem required a simple fix, and reassured us our HVAC system was actually in great shape, was very powerful, and should last us well for another decade.

So, for a few hundred dollars (compared to the other company's estimate of $2,000-$8,000), our problem is solved and we don't need to buy a whole, new system.

We enjoyed the friendly, same-day, professional service, as well.

I would recommend AC Furnace Depot to others.
