Reliance The Furnace Company Edmonton

Our old furnace was over 40 yeas old. It was time. I had heard Reliance was good so I called them. I was very happy I did. They replaced the furnace, hot water tank and put in an A/C unit. All within 4-5 hours. They arrived on time, observed covid-19 protocols at all times. Any mess they made they cleaned up. Before I start the A/c in the summer I am to call them, they will come out start it up and ensure it is working properly. They gave me a walk through after explaining everything they had put in. They were a good team and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys you mad my day.

Adam, Gabe, Ian and Luigi came out today and did an excellent job installing a new furnace, AC and Google Nest into my home. I'm relieved to have peace of mind that my home is now more safe with those upgrades. They cleaned their work areas and it was like they were never here! They were all polite and available to answer my questions. I highly reccomend their services.

Jason and Anoop came to install a tankless water heater on my home. They came at the time they said. The installation was quick and clean. I was very impressed with their work. I am very happy with my new water heater. I will definitely use Reliance again for my next furnace and air condition purchase.

Knowing a new furnace was going to be needed soon in our home, I contacted Amy at Reliance who came to our house to assess our needs. She is knowledgeable, thorough and personable. It was not suggested that we purchase more than we needed and the options were clearly explained. Dave form Edmonton Reliance and coworker completed the installation. Although there were some indiosyncracies in our older home, Dave did a great job solving the issues at no extra charge to us taking more time than anticipated but getting the job done well and with good humour.

I phoned Reliance as my A/C wasnt working proper, was able to get a service call for the next day. my appt was between 7 - 11 and the service guy was here between the times, very friendly gentleman(cant remember his name or read his name on worksheet), he was able to locate the issue, didnt have the proper part and said he would have to go get the proper one, i explained i had to leave within the next 2 hrs, he said he would go get the part and be right back, which he did, he also explained things to me that i didnt know. he also said i needed a different furnace filter and explained why, i went and got one, which he changed out for me. i felt very comfortable with him and appreciated his help and honesty

We had a new furnace and ac installed. The whole process went completely smooth. Got quote with Brandon on Friday, install on Monday by Gabe, Luigi & Somesh. They were courteous, very neat and tidy, thorough and professional. A+ service. Would definitely recommend!

Replaced with rental furnace 3 days without heat. 2 days to finish work. After 10 missed appointments and a month later still not back to finish. 9-10 appts missed with no call. On the rare occasion someone shows up they don't have the parts.

Furnace quit on a Sunday, had Joel come that evening. Had a job done with quick and excellent results, the technician explained what info we needed in the work. Also, a lot of good informative in further needs for a new furnace in the future. Very ?? nice gentleman. We will definitely use Reliance in the future.

I was very happy with the complete service from sales representative to the technicians that came to my house.
My furnace went out last Friday booked an appointment sales representative was there Saturday morning gave me all my options no pressure form Cory on what to do. Made the deal and my service technicians showed up Sunday early am and in a few hours was back up and running.
Would like to say thanks to the tech that showed up really nice and knowledgeable guys answered all my questions. Guys they way you deal with your customers is amazing

The service technician was friendly and very efficient. He went out of his way to ensure that the job was done correctly. Most of all we appreciated his honesty in explaining what needed to be done. We will definitely use Reliance in the future.
