I woke up Saturday morning to find the house cold - 6 degrees colder than when the family went to bed. The furnace wasn't igniting the gas. After calling a different company, 2 hours went by without a call back to know if someone would be able to come out same or next day. I cancelled the call and discovered Sarman Air and the reviews on HomeStars. I called the number and received a prompt call back from John. I told him my issue and concern, due to weather being below freezing for the night. He was at my house in under an hour. He hadn't planned to take any calls, but he took my emergency. In under an hour, he diagnosed the problem, and with the supplies in his van, he had the perfect solution and the heat was back on, less than 2 hours when I first contacted him. Even after he made the diagnosis, he did a couple of checks just to confirm he wasn't missing anything. His fees are very reasonable and fair. Courteous, experienced and diligent. And I didn't have to go through a call centre. I was able to speak to him directly. I am happy to know there are genuine, honest professionals like John. And even happier I discovered him on HomeStars!
