Sean at normerica saved the day! My renovation began mid March, a week or so before total covid19 lockdown, so you can imagine there were a few difficulties. When the time finally arrived for sean to come run the new gas lines to the fireplace and the cooktop he discovered something insane, the house had no gas! No gas?! How is that even possible? Not to be thwarted, Sean set to work making technical drawings and contacting the gas company to come hook the house up to the gas line. He supplied and installed a new furnace and water heater as well and got rid of the old electric ones. When the inspector from enbridge came to check everything, he gushed about what a great job had been done and that fabulous work like this made his job easier. Now on the chilly nights I can easily turn on my new gas fireplace and warm up the whole house in minutes. Thanks Sean for all the great service!

Very professional and efficient. They arrived promptly every day and were able to help me completely replace my very old AC, oil furnace, and electric water heater with a brand new AC, gas furnace, and gas water heater. Handled all the interactions with the gas company from the initial setup to the final inspection, and even put in a gas outlet at the back of the house for my BBQ on a short notice.

They were also very up front about the cost and provided a very detail invoice. I'd highly recommend their work as they're very thoughtful in planning out the entire HVAC system for us at a very reasonable price.
