Hello Jennifer, we understand your frustration. This year has been exceptionally poor in terms of the supply chain. I assure you the delays that you experienced were well outside the control of our manufacturing team. With that said, the feedback from our dealers has been overly positive given the circumstances -- and we have over 100 dealers across Canada. Just to make sure we are all on the same page, Ostaco is a B to B business, and we do not sell direct to the public and it is outside our typical role to communicate with end users. We will gladly take calls and help the best we can, but a customer's best resource is the dealership that supplied the products. We are strictly manufacturers. I can assure you that the information that was provided to your dealer was changed well in advance of delivery. Furthermore, the president has not received an e-mail, and we will gladly take any customers' feedback. We are confused by this review, because it is misleading and is not an accurate representation of our customer service and commitment to our dealer base. Always happy to help, admin@ostaco.com.
Good morning Darren, I apologize for the delayed reply and for the frustration. What you are identifying are issues, that at first glance, look like valid warranty concerns.
