Paul accommodated my schedule which was very short notice and hugely appreciated. He was extremely professional, conscientious and thorough. Feeling very confident in his product and application.

Ordered whole home windows and doors in April. Everything showed up in October which was expected given current delivery times. All except for 1 patio door, identical to another that was delivered. On at least 5 occasions that I recall we were told it was being delivered on a certain date. On the actual day our contractor would contact them to find out it was not going to be delivered and was still a few weeks out. It is now Feb 24 and last we've been told is that it will arrive March 1. I am expected to move back into my house 2 weeks later and I don't trust that there will be a door. They have not been able to finish the floor, trim, exterior because of this. There has been no accountability and clearly the customer service has been horrible. I truly hope my contractor never recommends this company to any of his other clients. I will update this post March 1 if the window is not delivered again.
