Eco Choice Windows & Doors

I recently had EcoChoice Windows and Doors install seven windows and one door in my home, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Joe, a senior sales specialist, was instrumental in helping us select the right products to qualify for the Canada Greener Homes Loan and the Enbridge grants available to Ontario residents. His expertise and attention to detail made the process seamless.

The installation team, led by Andrii, a skilled and attentive Ukrainian gentleman, did an excellent job. The work was completed efficiently, with most of the installation done in a single day and the finishing touches wrapped up the following day. Andrii was meticulous, consulting me on details throughout the process and being fully transparent about the work being done.

EcoChoice also offered competitive pricingamong the best of the three quotes I received. Overall, their professionalism, quality of work, and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional. I highly recommend EcoChoice Windows and Doors!

Eco Choice did a truly fantastic job, replacing all of the windows and the front door of our home. The house feels dramatically different in every room and our family has been ecstatic with their job. Throughout the project they were easy to communicate with. They made a clear timeline and stuck to it the whole way along. They also helped us to find someone to give our house an energy audit for the government rebate.

Overall very positive experience with Eco-Choice Windows & Doors!
This was our second time choosing them to replace our windows (first time was in 2018 where they replaced 4 windows). We called on them again to replace the remainder of the windows around our house (8 windows). During the quote process, Anthony was very pleasant to deal with - he treated us like valued customers and was very patient and helpful when explaining the types and styles of windows available. Subsequent visits for measurements and installation were quick and seamless. The time from when we received the initial quote to installation was roughly 8 weeks. Very happy with the results and our windows look great! Thanks again!

Replaced all house windows and sliding glass doors. New products are amazing... very well made, great hardware, and quality glass. Windows reduced sound bleed from outside, and improved temperature in the house. Very professional and clean installation. Everyone answered all of our questions throughout the entire process, starting with Joe the sales rep.

I just had 7 windows and a patio door replaced. Salesman Tony is very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. He was not hard sell and recommend replace only as needed. Andrew then came to take measurements and they are so accurate. He also gave detail instructions in the windows after they had been installed. Serg and his installation team was punctual. They worked efficient and clean up is fabulous. Good installation workmanship too. This is a window company I would recommend to anybody.

Had 6 windows and a side door replaced. Was very happy with the outcome. All the windows were done well, left little mess and work was all done within the day. Would highly recommend Eco Choice if you have a window and door project.

Needed a new back door as water was leaking into house whenever it rained. After getting a couple of quotes I chose Eco Windows and Doors because of their sales rep Joe, who is very knowledgeable, gave me a professional breakdown of the quote, and he's a very nice man.
Installation was just done today by Nikita and Anton. I covered my new hardwood floors and they also had mats to protect the floors by the door. They cleaned up after the installation leaving the area spotless!
No damage to floors or newly painted walls. They also installed my new lock and Nikita had me try the lock to make sure I was able to lock/unlock the door. He also explained how to use the built in blinds. Nice looking new door. Thank you.

From sales (Tony) to installers and to office staff all my concerns were addressed and answered quickly. I am thoroughly impressed with installers and their professionalism. Installation was done quickly at hour thoroughly. Clean up was impeccable. I highly recommend Ecco Choice Window and Doors.
