My windows were new this year. They leak so badly, when the wind blows, the curtains move. Frank said they'd 'be in the area' in 6 weeks - in January. My bathroom is so cold, the pipes will be frozen by then. Frank has a video of the leaking/motion of something I taped to the window. I finally got a appointment in a week for them to 'examine them'. The local re-seller and installer has been to my home and have verified they leak and badly. Frank has the video. I'm spending a ton of money trying to keep my house warm with crap for windows. The company expects me to sit and wait for 4 hours for them to arrive. They are only 1.5 hours away from my home! They can't even spell my name right in emails. I want a refund. These windows are worse that the ones I replaced.
