Just received my new gas furnace. Vaugh Flemming, the salesman was very helpful and gave me a very good price. Installers Steve, Kyle and Tyler were very professional, very friendly, worked hard and quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and did the work of two days in one. I am very happy with the service I received. I have seen the work that they do at other places and was very impressed and that is why I chose Reliance Holmes Heating and Cooling.

After our 23 year old Air Conditioning decided that it had enough, we contacted Reliance. We had had good service last year with a Water Heater. Mr. Hétu was very helpful. He knew and recommended exactly what we needed. The installers were here on time and performed excellent service. They were very meticulous and answered all our questions. Would recommend them to anyone. Good Job Guys.

We were very pleased with the reponse by Andrew at Reliance Holmes Heating and Cooling Ottawa when we had ice destroy the external unit. He kindly agreed that because of the extentuating circumstances, the unit would be replaced free of charge.

Warren and John were the two contractors who did this job. They are very professional, competent, polite and friendly...everything you could want in contractors! We were very pleased to meet them and could recommend them very highly as we were extremely satisfied with their work.

The installation crew arrived on time and was very courteous and helpful in answering questions or concerns throughout the removal and installation process. Zack (tech) conducted himself in a very professional manner, and the procedure concluded by the end of the work day.

The quote from Reliance Holmes for a new A/C unit was very competitive compared to the one from a larger, national company for an almost identical unit. Response times were prompt - they actually pick up the phone and return calls! And the installation team, Warren and John, were polite, knowledgeable and patiently explained everything to us at the end of a very long day. My only reservation about the whole thing was the sub-contractor they hired to drill the hole in the side of our house, who was in a hurry to get in and out, and wanted my husband to tell him if he was coming through in the right place and to advise whether or not he should keep drilling. It came across as though he wanted to deny all responsibility in case something went wrong. No complaints about Reliance. And the drilling job went fine. Just some doubts about that guy. I'm afraid I don't know the company he was from.

The technician, Neil Durling, was polite, efficient and friendly and clearly had a lot of expertise. He did the job thoroughly and efficiently and explained the work clearly and I don't hesitate to recommend him.

Two crews were involved, Andrew, Derek, Jeff, & Steve. I'm very pleased with the work that they did and I would highly recommend Holmes to anyone else about to undergo this type of project!

Neil Durling is my hero! He is professional, polite, and most importantly, highly skilled and experienced in his work. He came to diagnose the source of the leak from my A/C, and found it, despite the fact that several other technicians over the past few years had been unable to do so. I'm very lucky that he happened to be on call when my A/C wouldn't come on, and he came to do a diagnostic visit today. Holmes is VERY lucky to have this particular gentleman on their team.

Mike Labelle was very professional and friendly. He arrived at the designated time and started the maintenance immediately. He was very clear in explaining what he was doing and explained some maintenance tips to help things to continue running smoothly. I've always used Holmes Heating for all my heating and cooling needs and will continue to do so.

Neil Durling was punctual, professional and efficient. He was able to fix my ac even though it was a miserable rainy day. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what still needed to be done (a new part for the furnace that needed to be ordered). He was very polite-we were very glad he was our technician and hope we get him again.

The reason the cost was 0.00 was because we are part of a protection plan and pay 25.00monthly. Otherwise, this would have been an expensive repair.
