We were very pleased with the reponse by Andrew at Reliance Holmes Heating and Cooling Ottawa when we had ice destroy the external unit. He kindly agreed that because of the extentuating circumstances, the unit would be replaced free of charge. Warren and John were the two contractors who did this job. They are very professional, competent, polite and friendly...everything you could want in contractors! We were very pleased to meet them and could recommend them very highly as we were extremely satisfied with their work.
