Neil Durling was punctual, professional and efficient. He was able to fix my ac even though it was a miserable rainy day. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what still needed to be done (a new part for the furnace that needed to be ordered). He was very polite-we were very glad he was our technician and hope we get him again. The reason the cost was 0.00 was because we are part of a protection plan and pay 25.00monthly. Otherwise, this would have been an expensive repair.
