Neil Durling is my hero! He is professional, polite, and most importantly, highly skilled and experienced in his work. He came to diagnose the source of the leak from my A/C, and found it, despite the fact that several other technicians over the past few years had been unable to do so. I'm very lucky that he happened to be on call when my A/C wouldn't come on, and he came to do a diagnostic visit today. Holmes is VERY lucky to have this particular gentleman on their team.
