Recommended to me by a trusted friend, I recently had Euroline install a large double-paned picture window in our remodelled house. Both the sales and installation team were very good to deal with - and the installation was very thorough to ensure a proper fit and seal. (Our neighbour who is a builder confirmed the finishing work was very well done.)
We are very pleased with this window and based on our experience would use this company again and recommend them.

Not up to the standard they market themselves to be. The handle crank wore out faster than any other windows we bought from other vendors. It was ocassionally used and the inside of the handle crank stripped. This is poor quality. The follow up repair was a multi call hassle to arrange and then their verbal quote differed from their actual invoice.
Another one of their windows fogged up in between the panes in under 10 years . repair for $500 which was close to the price of a new window for that size from other companies of same or better quality.
When originally sold, they said we could add bug screens later.... When wanting bug screens two years later they said is was difficult for those windows and the quote was so high it was almost the same as for new windows. Loads of better alternatives in this city.

Trying to get screen replacements from this company has been a nightmare. It has taken multiple weeks to try and speak with someone just to get replacement screens made. The cost changes between two people at the company making things confusing and the leeway time is extravagant for something that would appear to be super simple to do especially when the mesh is not needed in the frame. People told me they would call me back with details and never did. Still trying to get my frame sourced from this company. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and do not call you back when they say they are going to. Save yourself the hassle and don't go to this place for windows. There is definitely better service and support else where.

After dealing with other door manufacturers I quickly realized Alfred Jury was the best person to be handling my custom doors. Alfred set us up a a a precise design and sent in the best installers for this job. Our doors are very unique size that Alfred made sure will fit our needs. These doors are the feature to our project. Having some of the best architects and biggest developers come through our project giving two big thumbs up is the best reward and I have Alfred to thank for this. Thank you Alfred cant wait to have you again on our next project.

We live on a busy street and needed to replace our bedroom windows with better quality windows to reduce the traffic noise. We looked at different style windows from different companies and we found Euroline was by far the best. The process from beginning to end ( picking the windows to installation) was seamless. The customer service was great- friendly, informative and no pressure! I highly recommend Euroline for great windows and a great customer service experience!

Euroline's products are the best -quality windows on the market. The customer service at Euroline is impeccable. We were dealing with Nolan Myles and he displayed first-class customer service. Mr Myles is very knowledgeable, he responds quickly. Quality has its price but it's worth every single dollar. Our company highly recommends Euroline products.

Another step in window door replacement in our weather exposed heritage house. Customer service representative, Nolan, remains accessible, knowledgeable and efficient. Office staff communicated effectively. The product was delivered, installed, finished, and tested, on time, by polite and friendly staff. We're confident that the weather resistance of the door assembly will match that of previously installed units.

We built a custom home 8 years ago and used Euroline for all our windows. Brian helped us out. We are now building our next home and Brian helped us again. All new windows and doors and soon to have blinds. Great service, great quality, would use them over and over.  Service is what we want and we got it here. Would highly recommend them for any project if quality is on your radar...

We ordered over $30,000 in windows from this company and we did not receive screens for 4 windows. We have tried for over 9 months to get the screens and it is just one excuse after another. People have quit working with this company in Manitoba and there is no one who will help. Nice windows- too bad we can't use them. What a disgusting way to treat customers. For $300 you could have had a very happy and content customer and I would have gone with this company to get the other 15 windows we need. I am now looking for another company for a similar product. The company could care less about the customers once they get their money. Stay away from Euroline.
