Two sets of doors installed to replace existing sliding patio doors. The new doors didn't have the correct hardware in them and required reinstalling. Either they were ordered incorrectly or made that way. Regardless, they don't close squarely with a huge gap letting in wind, light and rain. The dealer in Victoria has not returned our emails or calls to fix the problem

We have just had glass sliding doors on our house replaced with Euroline Windows and are very pleased with the result.

During our investigation of replacement doors our initial enquiry was very professionally handled by Nolan. He spent time with us reviewing our options and was very helpful in us deciding what to chose.

The pre-installation service was excellent. Both Nolan and Wilbert spent time at our house, taking measurements, offering advice and setting an installation date.

On the day chosen for installation Jay and Kyle arrived first thing in the morning and did a superb job in carefully taking out the old doors and installing the new ones. They worked very hard and it was a long day for them.

Then finally Aaron came to install a screen on one of the doors and that was nicely done as well.

Nolan also came by to inspect the result and to ensure that we were satisfied.

Overall Euroline offer an excellent product and their pre-sales service, their installation planning, their installation and their after sales service are all first class.

We can certainly recommend Euroline.

The quality is amazing, so as the hardware. Totally different feeling compare to other competitive brands.
I really love their design as well. Match exactly what need.
The only problem is the price, they are quite expensive, but you get what you paid, it protect you and your home. I think every penny is well spent on it.

I ordered French door with blinds and retractable screen to replace for sliding patio door. For installation they came on time and they did a very nice job. The new door looks great. I love it.

They have great looking doors that are super durable and secure. We installed these as a result of a break-in and couldn't be happier. They guys needed just 1 day to rebuild the door frames and put the doors in. They frequently asked if we were satisfied before they moved on which is something I wish I could get from all trades people.

We are on our 4th installation of Euroline windows and can't say enough good things about the quality of the product, the integrity of the Company and the skill of the installers. Jay, Jeremiah and Kyle worked tirelessly with a very difficult installation in a 100 year old house. The supervisor Jay has a great team and made sure we were consulted and that are needs were met. They definately went the extra mile. We could not be happier with Euroline and would highly recommend them. Any idea that they are an expensive product is mitigated by the quality of the product and the great job done by the installers.

We saw these windows and doors at a trade show. We liked the weight of them and still do. They are very sturdy and good sound proofing. However, here is what we were and still are disappointed with: the screens are very poor. The squares in the screens let in small insects not to mention the drainage holes in the bottom of the outside and what these let in. The screens are held on by flimsy plastic clips that you have to put on yourself. One simple push and the screen pops out. Not great when you have toddlers or kids around. The screens do not seal tightly to the window frames allowing more insects in. The handles on the windows are constantly coming loose and having to be adjusted. The doors are a very expensive product and they do not come automatically with handles on both sides; it is an extra expense. So if you are outside you have to leave the door handles open if you want to come in and out of those doors. If there is a wind the doors will blow open and have many times. You have to pay extra to have the windows installed unlike most windows that come installed. They have an installer they recommend and he was great but we had to pay him extra. The windows were delivered with the glass panes in place and thankfully the delivery person knew how to take them out as otherwise with no crane available, they are impossible to install due to the weight. Other companies install the frames and then bring the glass. The windows are a bit frustrating in that as the house shifts you have to keep adjusting them so that you can close them but I am not sure if this is different with other windows. At least there is a way to adjust them. We like the way they open and tilt and the quality of them but there are a few things that make them very un-user friendly. Now that our toddler is big enough to open the windows the inability to latch/lock them is becoming a huge problem.

We had EuroLine change out 21 windows, two sliding doors for French Doors and an old Cedar Front Door for an insulated Euro Style door. EuroLine has an exceptional produce reducing outside noise, improving heat retention and adds to the appearance of the house.

The Sales Agent we dealt with the delivery staff and the installers were very polite, clean and professional. With EuroLine you do not have to worry about problems in the future and their installation processes are very good. They do not do the usual "kick out the window and slap in the new one" that you see too often from their competitors. EuroLine does a thorough waterproof installation would recommend highly.
