From our quick quote to installation weeks earlier than expected, we were thrilled with the service, quality of product and installation. The company was responsive to our requests and the price was far lower by 60% than the big name competitors. We would highly recommend Landmark!

I had salesman come in,measure the windows and told 6 weeks to install. This part of process all went well. Approx 3 yrs later, all the window cranks failed. When the salesman had come, he said how box store windows didn't have the quality of their window cranks. During the winter months,we felt drafts around our large front window, installer had used very little spray foam and the window sill got wet, and bubbled. I called for warranty on both items. After waiting a month, a service rep showed up, replaced cranks and adjusted the windows. He said the installed would have to come back to repair the sealing issue. Called the office, the person I was dealing with said, not her dept, I have to call another dept. I called, left a message on an answering machine. No response for a week, called back, same issue. I would not recommend landmark windows, poor follow-up, and at the end of day, poor installation.

They did a great job, with immaculate installation and we got exactly what we specified.

I had connected with Landmark to get windows and a patio door replaced. We had an appointment scheduled for a salesman to come to the house to give us a quote. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the appointment. I had called Landmark and left a voicemail (no answer) advising that I would need to reschedule and to call me back . Thankfully I had the salesman's number and reached out to him to advise that I needed to reschedule. He was nice and wished me a great weekend. As of writing this, it has been 2 weeks since I called them about rescheduling. No one has contacted me or even attempted to contact me about getting an appointment. I am very disappointed in this and have since gone to someone else who wants the business.

I purchased 6 windows from this company and for over 3 years now, I have dealt with issues and have had to have them fixed. Still left with serious issues, I am now fighting to have them replace the defective windows they installed that leak water into my house, freeze shut, have drafts and fog up under normal/low humidity settings (verified by a moisture meter). I hope other consumers do not make the same mistake I did; choose an honest, trustworthy company and steer clear of Landmark Home Solutions.

Replaced a third floor window, bay window removed with small roof and flat window installed. Very clean work. Excellent job.

Dealing with the customer service has been a nightmare impossible to get a real person and when you keave a message they never call you back, the screens were also supposed to be metal which they very Clearly are not.

The two men that came here to install the windows were very nice and explained everything so we would understand. They worked very fast and efficient. They even worked in the rain and I really liked how kind they were.

Landmark was the only company to reply to my request for quote. The reps came in and were pleasant and professional from the first measure to the final clean up. This was not an easy job, but it was accomplished quietly and efficiently.
The product is also energy efficient. My bedroom is cooler without using fans, and the new installaton has cut the outside sounds to my room as well.
Another very pleasant aspect of this installation is that I have not been inundated with offers of more windows than I am ready to have installed at this point.
