We do stand behind our warranty 100%. Given that houses are much tighter than they were 10 - 20 years ago relative humidity in homes has become a much bigger issue and has accelerated seal failures if not controlled properly. I would be more than happy to send my service manager out to see you. Again we stand behind our warranty completely. Thanks again
