Having lived in our home for the last 12 years we suspected that the ducts needed to be cleaned. We contacted Enercare and the technician arrived on time and inspected our ducts. He took a picture of the inside of the ducts and showed it to me. There was little evidence of dust inside the ducts and the filter was clean as well. In a professional manner he suggested we had 2 choices: go ahead with the cleaning or cancel it and call them back in 2-3 years. We opted for cancelling the job and saved $400 to $500. We appreciated the thoroughness in which the technician checked out our duct work and the the return vents. He also wore special booties over his shoes to respect our home.

Seven double-pane windows had been compromised over the last 10-11 years. The work cre came in and replaced the windows in record time and even were able to get at one that was at the top of a 2 storey foyer

When we discovered that we had a racoon problem in our attic last fall, your rep came out to the house and sized up the situation in a timely and very professional manner. He provided a quote for the extraction and protection of our house from further intrusions (all animals and mice). Your team was out the next day to do the work and they did a very good job because within a few days the racoon was gone and over the next few weeks the mice also left. Then they came back to disinfect and restore the attic and at the same time increase the attic insulation to R60. All this work was done in a very professional and competent manner. My wife and I were very pleased! Please pass along our thanks to your team! A couple of months after this incident we lost some shingles on our roof during a major wind storm and had to get the entire roof replaced. We went for 50 year shingles. You staff personally worked with me and your team to make sure that we would not lose our original warranty with your company and ensured that all the vent cages were properly reinstalled after the roof was replaced.
