The argon gas in almost all our new(er) Pollard windows leaked due broken seals (including our beautiful bay window) and now all our window look dirty ALL of the time! Even though still under warranty, Pollard will not replace or resolve this issue. An expensive lesson to learn. We are now looking to do the rest of our windows and will have to spend more money replacing our Pollard windows as well. My parents spent a little more money originally from a different company and got beautiful windows and even though their windows are are at least 10 years older than mine, they will not have to replace them! Take my advice and choose wisely the first time!! Work with a reputable company that honours their warranty.

We do stand behind our warranty 100%. Given that houses are much tighter than they were 10 - 20 years ago relative humidity in homes has become a much bigger issue and has accelerated seal failures if not controlled properly.
