Our fireplace igniter was malfunctioning and couldn’t start. I searched online for a fireplace repair company. After seeing all the good reviews I called Ryan for the job. He gave a call about 1/2 hour before he arrived and repaired the broken part. He then cleaned up and repainted the inside of the fireplace. Now it looks like brand new!! I think Ryan is professional, honest and knowledgeable. I would definitely give him my recommendation to my family and friends for any fireplace needs.

Built a house with Avi, I thought that they were a reputable company to built with them. I wished I had built with one of their competitors, their "estate" spec just seemed too overpriced and don't give you much. Most of their so called "estate" spec doesn't really seem that "estate". Their so called triple car garage isn't that much bigger than some extended doubles. If I built again, I would choose another builder. Also trying to ask their cost per sf to built before signing the contract is almost impossible.

We went to Cartwright for some crystal chandelier lights since they have more selections. Their pricing seemed more reasonable and better deal then their close by competitor. The only issue that we had was that our light went up in price due to the CDN dollar went down vs the US dollar. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I went to Carrington to select some light fixtures, about a month later saw a different light fixture that they put on display at their showroom. I talked to the sales rep, and she told me that my original light fixture was a special order and cannot be returned, otherwise it would incur a restocking fee. The original fixture was on back order when I first inquired about exchanging it, so that light was never mounted. It was still brand new in box at their warehouse. When I first picked the original fixture, I was NEVER TOLD THAT WAS A FINAL SALE and no changes can be made. I talked to the manager and she insists that I must pay a restocking fee of 15% to send it back to the manufacturer, since the light was about $1200, I had to pay almost $200. I asked if she stock any lights in her warehouse, and she said that 90% of the lights HAD TO be special ordered from the manufacturer. IF THAT IS THE CASE, WHY DON'T THEY INFORM THE CUSTOMER INITIALLY that there would be a restocking fee if exchanged or returned? I wanted the new light since it matches better to our other bathroom fixtures, I would've picked it if I saw it in the showroom initially. I'll be taking my future business elsewhere for sure. I also felt the sales rep had a bad attitude, she seemed like annoyed when you had to inquire about the different lights.

I went to Divine since my home builder told me they are the ones doing my hardwood floors in the new home. I called ahead of time to ask to see someone and was told to come down to the showroom. Upon arrival, there was NO ONE at the front reception area for AT LEAST 15 MIN, there were 2 ladies that seemed to be carrying lunch boxes to the back office and they both saw me go in the front of the store, I guess they just ignored me since no one came to greet me. I HAD TO WAIT TIL I was so frustrated, I called their number from my cell phone and told the girl that I WAS ACTUALLY IN THE STORE and need some assistance. What a joke. Anyways, she arranged another girl to ask me to setup an appointment so that she could better get more info from the builder. I told her that I had the blueprint and just need an estimate to do hardwood, and to show me the different types of hardwood. She insisted I had to make another appointment, so I did. I went in again after few weeks to my appointment and she pulled out this sheet of prices, told me the types of hardwood in 15 min. She didn't even ask to see my blueprint of the house. So here's what I don't understand, why DIDN'T SHE JUST do that the first time I was there? This could have saved me another trip to head down with baby and shift several other appointments just to make it to this one. I don't think it was a pleasent experience.

Bought a Clothes dryer from them, didn't see the install since it was new home, unit turns on but no action. I called them regarding the incident. They told me that I have to go through warranty to get it serviced, I explained that it was wrong since it was DOA, I didn't use it for 2 years and this happened. So a tech still had to come and check out the dryer and he said that the motor is burned or something and a new motor would need to be ordered. It could take up to few weeks to get the parts. I thought that is terrible since I didn't think Inglis is that bad of a brand, I did some research before this purchase. I was so scared that I went and bought an extended warranty on the pair of washer and dryer from them. Finally one of my co-workers just can't take it the fact that they gave me the run around and talked to the manager, and he arranged to have a new one sent out and replace the old one. When the new delivery guys came, I had to dismount the old dryer MYSELF since they said they only do deliveries and will not install it on top of the washer. So they just left the new dryer on the floor. THEY ALSO NOTICE THAT THE REAR PANEL OF THE DEFECTIVE DRYER WAS BENT OUT OF SHAPE, IT MUST HAVE BEEN DROPPED during the last install or something. This was a very terrible experience I had with them, I would NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
