Divine Hardwood Flooring

Sadly this was a regretful and terrible experience (installation, materials, and after sales service). If I could have a redo we would avoid this company at all costs.

We have used Divine twice in the past on big house projects. On this occasion Nicki and Dave took it to another level.
Dave would respond to trouble shooting calls faster than a 911 call
Nicki has superior design ideas and patience with last minute changes

Same issues as other customers on here and google reviews. Didn't come back to fix deficiencies. Poor communication. Poor installation with scratches and dents everywhere. They wouldn't fix it and claimed that it wasn't them. Floor stains way too easy. Floors cracking. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't use them and neither should you.

They no longer carry the product obvious bad product, boards are cracking and because of no stock sending someone to do a bandage repair Not a happy customer didn't live up to my expectations

Divine does a fine job with hardwood. Roger and Leon are excellent and very professional. They'll explain exactly what they are doing and how it will look. Had an issue with the tiler in that the tile wasn't measured properly and left gaps close to the wall. A second installer was able to cover it with a tile surround. It took quite a bit longer but worked OK and at no extra cost to me. I'm satisfied with the outcome.

When I was building my home I went to Divine, I went with the builder grade product, a wider maple hardwood. I have lived in my home for just over 2 years and noticed cupping. I decided I would replace my floor because it doesn't look good. I had flooring people out and both told me to contact the installer, this was a product quality issue not installation and they should warranty their product. Divine came out twice and told me it was an environmental issue and to install a dehumidifier in my home. I followed all their directions maintaining a 30-40% humidity and now I have to install a dehumidifier. I am so disappointed with this response and feel they should stand behind the products they sell. I will never use them again.

Had a water damage as a result of a furnace leaking. Really felt overwhelmed with the process and my insurance adjuster recommended Divine Flooring. Called one of the reps (Anthony Ernst) and they immediately came on site to assess the work that needed to be done.

They recommended a new flooring type called vinyl plank that is water proof as opposed to water resistant (laminate), provided a competitive quote after I shopped around to a few flooring companies. After deciding to go with them, they had installers come within the week to get the floor installed; thought this was unlikely being so close to Christmas but the recognized the urgency of the situation.

Very happy with the new flooring, the clean install process and the level from service from the sales rep. Would definitely use this company again.

Not impressed with the techs from Divine. The first one came over to get a squeaking floor fix but we noticed the squeak start up after a few days. Another set of tech came over not knowing that their had been an initial attempt to get the floor fixed by their colleague. As soon as I informed him, he showed some reluctant not wanting to "rub his colleague under the bus". He also advised us against using swifter on the floor but I informed him that the defects existed before we took possession of the house. He left saying that they might come back later to do the repairs. To my surprise the office called referring to the damage as a flood damaged. I tried explaining things to the office but they mentioned they will only take what their tech says. They never even tried to carryout an investigation.

They just showed that customer's satisfaction comes last on their company objectives/ policies.
Spoke to the neighbours and discovered that many of them also have similar issues with the floors installed by Divine.

Amazing job in helping us sort out of flooring for our apartment. We really appreciated the honesty of the owners of this company and will be back to purchase more product in the future.

Divine hardwood installed hardwood floors in the main floor of my house. The installation went well but after the fact there were cracks, uneven boards, and dents all over. When asked to fix the problem it look almost a year and they did not replace all the boards that i pointed out. Ensure that you are very thorough with them.
