the owner (Steven) was found on kijiji as was looking for something cost friendly for my rental basement. The guy was friendly and did a good job. Noticed he pulled the ad down as soon as I messaged him which should’ve been a red flag. He asked me to review as soon as he left but I waited to test it out. Toilet started moving a week later, I called him but no answer to voicemail or text. Had to fix myself.

Hired this company after being on the waiting list for a year. the employees work in harmony with each doing their specialty while singing along. Only thing I would suggest is better project execution and focus on detail

They didn't leave a mess for me to clean

Our first house and first inspection. Michael was thorough and got rid of all our concerns. He was very patient w/ all our questions. Liked that he was friendly and punctual. We are Really glad we went with his service and gave us great suggestions for fixing any issues.

Bought products and this guy kept it for several weeks. He then brings his kid to the job who kept touching my stuff. Also picks up repeated personal calls. I must say he does an okay job when he actually shows up tho

After telling them what the problem could be with my decent technical experience the technician said it was a fuse and showed me why. It was an intermittent problem which soon came back. When I called back they didn't want to send a technician claiming it's not their problem as the technician diagnosed it wrong and they wouldn't believe the customer. I had to nag them and call from numerous numbers to get another representative who still diagnosed it wrong and then when i proved it I was believed. They then wanted to charge me double the price after all i had been thru. What's more they didn't have the courtesy to call me back and let me know and then claimed i'm harassing them trying to get in touch with them. The part costs $200 and they want to give me labor for free but their charge is $400. I stalled on this work and then my landlord who had paid for this got a third party to look and realized they couldn't replace a fuse as my washer didn't have one. I then went to my credit card company to file a dispute when they finally admitted it was their fault. If I was them I would have refunded the money and given a store credit so the customer would come back.
