after a leak happened and parts being scarce on this rare toilet a free replacement was delivered to my place. did complain slightly and try to fix the issue myself

Hired this company after being on the waiting list for a year. the employees work in harmony with each doing their specialty while singing along. Only thing I would suggest is better project execution and focus on detail
