From the moment we contacted Dodds to replace our damaged garage door, we were received with the most courteous and helpful people. We were experiencing a leak from our 2nd floor bathroom into our kitchen below. The leak was not from an obvious source. Our plumber Trevor was awesome! He carefully evaluated and diagnosed the trouble, and was able to determine that the problem was a compromised tub surround. Trevor expertly caulked the problem areas to stop the leak, and buy us some time before we reno the bathroom. The office staff and Trevor were courteous and professional.

Our stairs, couch, arm chair, and two area rugs look fantastic thanks to 416-So-CLEAN! Their team follows strict health and safety guidelines. The work they do to bring back fabrics spoiled by kiddies is excellent!

Last year we had Brock Windows replace all the 1st and 2nd floor windows in our home. We were so happy with their work, that we had them back this year to do our basement windows. My wife and I were very impressed with their friendly and efficient installers. In no time at all, our basement windows were replaced, and they look fantastic! My wife and I recently purchased a property which had good bones, but had been severely neglected on the outside. After performing our due diligence, we chose to go with Kurt. Kurt is a kind, knowledgeable, and hard-working man. Using his experience, he derived and delivered a cohesive plan for our front and back yard. We needed grading (front/back), new sod (front/back), new fence & gate (back), new steps and landing (front), new deck & privacy screen (back), new patio (front/back), and a new driveway (front). Notably, Kurt's entire team worked very hard, day-after-day, to complete our project - they were all very nice/friendly people. Tip Top's crew arrived within the time period stated. They took great care in cleaning our troughs and down spouts. They were the only contractor we've had out, that noticed a small damaged portion of our eaves. Myriam from the Tip Top office is overworked, but a great help none-the-less.

My wife and I heard wonderful things about the care and quality of work done by Rickwood; my parents had used them years back. We are very happy we ended-up choosing them for our project. Despite our retrofit being more complex than average, the Rickwood team was able to produce a beautiful end result/product.

Charlie was able to source an appropriate building material to solve a problem that our private builder left us. Why the builder's sub-contractor would've used MDF as a filler-strip for a shower door frame, no one knows. Charlie was honest, courteous, and friendly.

My wife and I had 2 downspouts extended to the gutters above our garage, as well as 2 downspout extensions done. We also had caulking done/re-done between our brick and stucco. Overall, we're very happy with the quality of work. The aluminium work was done well, and the caulking was top-notch. Unfortunately, in order to have the caulking completed, we had to wait quite a while due to weather and Better Contracting's workload. The gentleman who came by to finish the caulking, Marko (please pardon our spelling), was very pleasant and customer-oriented. Debbie at Better Contracting's office was able to assist.
