Contacted Gennadiy (owner of Maxima Aluminum) regarding a leaky/broken downspout last week. Gennadiy came to my house on Friday to inspect the service request and had a crew at my house this morning to replace the downspout. Through out my interaction with Maxima Aluminum, I have received nothing but excellent customer service beyond my expectations. The price quoted was reasonable and the work performed by his crew was efficient and very satisfactory. Their high review scores on HomeStars reflect their dedication to excellent customer service and definitely earned my trust and appreciation! Highly Recommended.

Professional services rendered through out my interactions with Mr. Rooter of Mississauga to address a shower spout dripping/replacement request. Called on Monday morning and got an appointment 9:00am the next day. Matt, the technician, arrived on time and promptly changed out the shower spout since he has the parts on hand. He also gave me quotes on several plumbing requests that I am considering for future fixes. Covid-19 protocol was followed and the quoted all in price for the job was fair/reasonable giving that plumbing services in general are expensive and lots of overhead involved! This is the third time I have used Mr. Rooter. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and the work performed yesterday.

My neighbour had a raccoon problem in their attic and call AAA Gates Wildlife Control. I saw the service truck parked on their driveway and spoke to Chris the senior technician on the call. He was very professional and helpful in providing me with a very reasonable quote to wire mesh all my roof vents as a preventative measure. He completed the work on my property right after finishing up with my neighbour. I even got a discount since the company don't have to make a separate trip out to service my call. Based on the professionalism exhibited by Chris and the excellent work done from what I can observed, I would highly recommend AAA Gates Wildlife Control.

I have been a customer of Hometurf Lawn Care Service for over 10+ years and have been very satisfied with their annual services provided. The price is quite affordable so that I don't have to dirty my hands to have excellent lawn care/maintenance. They even offers an early bird discount for which I often take advantage of. They are very professional and even sweeps up my driveway of the excess lawn feeds when requested. The would even come back and redo an application if you are not satisfied. Definitely would recommend them to my friends and neighbours!

Had A new Trane furnace and air conditioner installed by Furnace King last week and received nothing but the best customer services thus far. Sandip, the Comfort Consultant was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach in putting together a great HVAC package for me at a very competitive price. He also followed up and answered all my queries via phone calls and emails after the installation to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. He even promptly arranged a post installation review to rectify a couple of minor issues that I had with the installation. Joe and his partner did a great job of installing the system 3 days later (just in time for the 2nd heat wave of the summer) with minimal problems and mess noted. Claudio did the post installation review of the system to ensure the AC is running efficiently as well as rectifying some of my concerns with the installation to my complete satisfaction. Justine the office sales coordinator also did a great job of coordinating the scheduling and registration of the warranty. Throughout this whole process, I have received exceptional client care and I believed that I have make the right decision going with Furnace King for my HVAC needs. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Sandip and Furnace King to my neighbours and friends. Keep up the excellent work! You have earned my trust and appreciation in a sometimes unscrupulous heating and cooling contractor business environment!

I have been using Hometurf to maintain my lawn for over 10 years now. Thus far, I am very satisfied with the services provided. The lawn maintenance staff is courteous and the company has no problem with re-doing a maintenance call if I am not satisfied with the spraying results. Their prices are very competitive and their services saved me the time and hassle of fertilizing and controlling weeds to my lawn 4 times a year. Keep up the good work Hometurf!

I am very impressed with Mr. Rooter's commitment to client service excellence on my plumbing emergency call this afternoon (being a Sunday). I had a leaky washing machine shut off valve issue this afternoon and called Mr. Rooter at 1:30pm. The dispatcher (Susan) was very patient / understanding and apologised for not able to accommodate me on this Sunday afternoon since all their service technicians were extremely busy and swamped dealing with emergency issues. I was priority booked for Monday morning. When the leak became more serious, I called her back again at around 3:30pm and she was able to fit me in tentatively for Sunday evening (5 - 8pm time slot). She called me 1/2 hour later and said a technician is on his way within the hour. Sean showed up at around 4:30pm and efficiently remedied my shut off valve issue and left by 5:30pm. This type of prompt/responsive customer care is rare in the industry and I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Rooter. To top it off, they did not charge me extra for the emergency service call and I also received a discount on the project for being a "life time advantage member"!

I have to commend yet again the excellent customer services provided by AtlasCare in maintaining and providing diagnostic care to my furnace this season. I especially want to thank Nimo, the Customer Services Manager for patiently and promptly addressing all my concerns/queries regarding my furnace issues. It is rarely that I encountered such a caring professional in the service business who continues to provide me with practical technical advice as well as ensuing a peace of mind. Nimo, your actions and attentions are much appreciated.

I am VERY satisfied with the recent services provided by Mr. Rooter - Mississauga from making the appointment to services performed by the technician (Sean). I had a potential issue with "moist" insulation in my attic and required a professional opinion whether the plumbing vent pipe could've been cracked. Sean arrived on time, was courteous and very professional. He was not able to diagnose the problem without proper tools. However, he did called in a professional water damage restoration company ("Restoration 1") for a consultation (free of charge). Luckily there was no water damages as tested. Sean then performed a complimentary inspection of all my major plumbing components as part of the "Mr. Rooter Advantage Membership Plan" and highlighted various areas for improvement and some valuable recommendations for simple DIY fixes. I will definitely engage Mr. Rooter to change my Main Water Shut-Off Valve when the time comes since the price quoted was reasonable and the recent services rendered by Sean was highly professional and deserved a 10 rating!

I am very impressed with Dag the service technician who came to fixed my furnace problem this morning. He was very professional, explained everything in detail on what he was doing to fix the issues, and diligently tested the various components of the system at the same time. After receiving excellent customer service from Cherry and Clark ("C&C) this past winter on a leaking roof vent issue, I decided to go with C&C this spring to do a full roof replacement. The project is scheduled to be done shortly after several weather delays and dealing with a supplier issue. I am so impressed with their service culture thus far in the process that I had to provide my appreciation and thanks upfront to Don (the Sale/Service rep), Wrenell (the Office Manager), and especially Reg (the VP) for patiently and promptly addressing all my changes and concerns with my roof replacement project to my full satisfaction. C&C come highly recommended and thus far, I strongly agreed with another 10 Star Rating! They definitely earned it.

Mike and his crew from Gold Seal Caulking just finished caulking all my exterior windows and doors. Their workmanship exceeded my expectations. Fantastic customer services from start to finish. Mike, the owner, came by my property and provided a very reasonable quote on the project. He did a follow up visit to ensure that my add-ons were noted prior to the start of the work. They arrived early than scheduled the next day and work diligently to complete all my caulking requirements and then some. He will come back to apply asphalt caulking to the gap at the top of my driveway free of charge when the weather is much more warmer. Gold Seal Caulking definitely earned my 10 star rating and I am very happy that I found them on Home Star. I would not hesitate recommending them to my neighbours and friends. Great Job Guys!

I recently had wind driven snow penetrated my attic through a couple the roof vents and called on Cherry and Clark (C&C) to provide an assessment and solution to address my roofing situation. I am very very impressed with the prompt, courteous, and professional customer services C&C has provided me thus far. They fixed my roof vent issue within 2 days of making the call, which was an amazingly quick turn around, given the inclement weather we were having thereby minimizing further water damages to my attic. Recently, I also brought to their attention another leaking issue that I noticed and they were at my property bright and early the next day to examine the situation. Their prompted attention in dealing with my roofing concerns really have lessen my worries and given me a peace of mind. Special thanks to Don, Chris, and the roofing technicians: Evan and Valdi for providing excellent customer services. C&C definitely earned my trust and a 10 star rating. I will surely recommend them to my neighbours and friends. Looking forward to working with C&C when I make my roof replacement decision this spring.

I called AtlasCare this morning on their 4hr. emergency service hotline with a concern regarding my furnace. The technician ("Nimo") called me back within 45 minutes and was at my door 15 minutes later. He was very courteous and professional and treated my furnace as if it was in his parent's house. He took the time to address my concerns and even did a tune-up at the same time all within one hour. The normal emergency rate quoted would have been $199+tax. Instead, he put me on an annual maintenance plan for $11.99 per month and did not charge me a dime for today's work. He also did not try to upsell me on a new furnace since it was 17 years old. I would definitely deal with AtlasCare for all my future HVAC needs and would highly recommend them to my neighbours. Again, a special thanks go out to Nimo for providing me with excellent customer services this morning. AtlasCare and Nimo definitely earned my trust and a 10+ gold star rating today.

I am a repeat customer. Excellent work done on my roof yesterday due to the recent wind storm. This morning, I noticed some minor oversights and communicated to Mr. Roof Repair. I just wanted to point out that: Samantha, the Sales Manager who had filled in for the assigned manager on my file diligently and promptly dealt with the case once she realized my situation and scheduled a follow-up appointment Monday morning given their busy schedule. I highly commend Mr. Roof Repair on their excellent customer service from the Owner to Sales Managers to Roof Technicians (Pietro and Tom).
