Stefano is a great inspector. Our appointment was scheduled for 10am but he came early to inspect the outside of the property. Stefano was very thorough during the inspection, he was able to identify any defects not normal people can see. He also took the time to educate us about our new house and home safety especially with kids. We are very happy with his service and will recommend him to our friends and neighbours.

This is the 4th mattress we have bought from Andy. I must say these are high quality mattresses and will order from him again in the future.

We had a sewer backup three weeks ago, we called our insurance company to have one of their preferred contractors to come to drain out the sewer water in the basement. However, after 7 hours we haven't received a call from them. Given that we have a 4 month baby at home, we cannot take the risk of having untreated smelly water in the house. So we decided to call Phil from Sewer Squad and sure enough Mike came in less than two hours after the call. Thank you for servicing our home on such a short notice. Jason did an amazing job spray painting our existing 25 year old bathtub. Now our bathtub looks brand new. Our entire bathroom project turn out very well, the white glaze colour on the bathtub matched very well with our new vanities. Thank you Melanie and Jason.

This is our second time using Ton Furniture, we bought this Queen Set for my mom. We especially love the Chirm Firm set because it gives you very good back support and is made out of high quality material. Once again Andy has exceeded our expectation. Don't buy from retail (ie., Brick, Sears..) and pay their crazy markup, you are better off buying directly from the manufacturer (ie., Ton Furniture). Good job Andy, keep up the good work.

I've called Mr Roof Repairs and told them about the dripping sound behind the bathroom wall. Two days later, Melissa came to my house on time @ 9am. She went up on the roof and found the damaged area, she fixed the leak and by 9:30am, she was done. After she was done, she told me about the condition of the roof and provided recommendations how I can prevent future leaks. She is very professional and honest. The entire process from start to finish was very smooth. Definitely will recommend Mr. Roof Repairs to our family and friends.

In October 2014, Joe and his team repaved the driveway of our house. They came on time and the job was satisfactory. However, after a few months after the re-pavement, we noticed a line on our driveway. We called Joe, left a message on the voice mail but the call was not returned. Since it is a minor defect, we didn't bother with the follow-up. Overall, the service was good, Joe is very nice to deal with and he gave us a price that fits our limited budget. As a first time home buyer, we appreciate this. Thank you Joe!

We accidentally locked ourselves out of our garage yesterday, we quickly called FC Locksmith and they came on the same day. The service was good and installer was friendly. Definitely recommend them to our friends.

My parents have decided to convert to gas and centralized heating after 25 years of using expensive electric heating. We knew this would be a huge project and we needed someone with experience to do this. We went out and got a few quotes from various reputable furnace companies, but in the end, we chose Constant Home Comfort and it was the right decision. This was a 6-day project, the entire process went very smoothly from start to finish. According to my dad, the installers were very friendly, they were very knowledgeable and they came on time. Most importantly, they respected the property and cleaned up everything after each work day. My parents are very happy with the installation and their new furnace, A/C, and tankless water heater. My wife and I used Euro Seal to replace all of windows in the bedrooms and living room two years ago. They’ve done such a wonderful job that we have decided to use them to replace our exterior and patio doors, and kitchen window this time around (it was no brainer). Len, who is the owner, came to our house, took the measurements, and provided us with a very good quote. We appreciate Len for offering us top of the line windows and doors at a very competitive price. Our experience for both installations was positive. Peter & his crew came to our house on time, they were very nice and got to work right away. The entire installation was very smooth, it only took the crew 4-5 hours to complete each job. We are extremely happy and grateful with our new windows and doors. Even our energy auditor gave praise to our windows during our energy audit. Ever since we installed the new exterior door, we noticed our neighbours are taking notice and stopping on the sidewalk to look at our new door. =) The new door has also made our living room a lot brighter because of the 3/4 windows, we should have gotten this much earlier. My wife and I recently bought a water softener and looking for a installer. After obtaining 3 quotes, we have decided to go with Mime Plumbing. Because our house is over 20 years old, we also had to do additional piping work. Gabriel came two days later to install the water softener and perform the necessary piping work. The entire process was very smooth, after a few hours, we were able to use the water softener for the entire house. Gabriel is very friendly and approachable. My wife and I wanted to replace our 23 years old furnace and 18 years old A/C before they break down on us. At the same time, we wanted take advantage of the rebates from OPA and Enbridge Community Energy Conservation Program. It is time to replace our furnace and A/C unit!! We have done a lot of research and invited companies for quotes, and no other companies can match what Convertible Air offered. Our installer, Dieter, is amazing as well, he came to our house at 7am only to find out our A/C supply line was too small, Dieter advised us to replace the supply line because not having the correct line size will significantly affect the efficiency and the useful life of the A/C unit. My wife and I appreciated his honesty, Dieter could have just used the improper supply line and finished the job earlier but he stayed for the entire day to replace the supply line free of charge and to ensure the installation is perfect. We were extremely impressed with the installation service. The entire installation process was very smooth. Thank you Sam, Sean, and Dieter for all your hardwork =) We will definitely recommend Convertible Air to all our families and friends. Mr. Potlight and two of the team members came to my house to install eight pot lights in my living room. I was very impressed with their speed (it only took them 45 minutes to install the entire living room) and their work quality was outstanding. As a first home buyer, my fiancée and I didn’t know if there were any problems with the house, so we called Vahn from Solex. We had many questions prepared before the inspection, Vahn went through the questions and thoroughly answered them all. He not only identified the problems of the house but he also provided invaluable recommendations on how we can fix the problems. Vahn is very detailed oriented, he performed a thorough inspection from outside of the house to the inside. During the inspection, as he was going through every inch of the house, he would educate us on many things about the house (ie., how to maintain gas furnace and hot water tank, where to shut off the water and power in case of emergencies, how to fix the current caulking problem…). After the inspection (which took more than 3 hours), we were very comfortable with our house. Overall, Vahn has exceeded our expectations.
