Adam and Jeremy showed up when we expected them with our new Goodman Furnace ans Air Conditioner. These two fellows were pleasant, respectful and worked well together. They installed both units without any problems in a timely manner and left everything very clean and tidy. Other HVAC companies told us it would be a complicated task to replace the venting as all the ceilings are finished. Adam accomplished this with minimal installation problems.

Years back when I bought my home I called Convertible to replace my ancient furnace and A/C units. They did an excellent job then and Ive just hired them to replace my old water heater with a new tankless unit. Another perfect installation. From the initial inspection and discussions with Chris to the final install the process was smooth and painless. Chris explained my options very clearly so that there would be no surprises on the day. Everyone on the install team were on time, polite and knowledgeable. The installation was tricky because of the style of my house and the limited space in the furnace room but they worked hard to find a solution that I was happy with. So far the unit works great and I feel much better knowing that all of my hearing and air equipment are all new, efficient models that should last for a long time. I would highly recommend the team at Convertible Hearing & Air to anyone.
