I used Quantum to inpspect a house I was considering purchacing. The sellers had an inspection done already and provided us with the report. But I'm glad I got Quantum to redo the inspection.

Quantum was quick to reply and very flexible in scheduling the inspection. Stefano was very detailed checking all systems, structure, landscaping, air quality, and even the appliances. They even had a drone check the top of the roof. He gave us lots of tips and information throughout the inspection and took time to answer all of our questions.

They discovered a big water leak behind the ceiling. Something that the seller's inspection did not uncover. A full and detail report was given to us the same day.
Quantum return several times to inspect the repairs done by the seller.

In preparation for finishing our basement we wanted to make certain there were not extenuating issues which needed to be addressed before we 'covered them up'. Stefano was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, and accommodating in giving us all of the reassurances and helpful suggestions he could as he tested for molds and air quality, and gave us clear advice about things we could do throughout the construction and throughout the home to help keep our home in shape and healthy. The results from the test samples he took were given back to us in a very timely fashion and gave us the confidence we needed to proceed with our project as intended. Although he inspected our basement and the rest of the house a few months ago, we have been pre-occupied by the construction and finishing of our basement, but it is a measure of our esteem for his capabilities that we had to give him as stellar a review as possible at the first opportunity we had to do so. Stefano is very detailed and thorough during the home inspection. He took the time to explain to my parents and I all the issues (most we wouldn't notice by ourselves). The report he provided had all the details, description and pictures which we used to submit the tarion online. Very easy to read. He came early to the appointment and when we arrived he already showed us some damages he found on the exterior of the property. He also found a leak using the thermal camera which we would never of found out by ourselves. We contacted the builder but they said no visible leaks so they never came. Stefano offered to come back and check again to make sure there were water issues. Eventually the builder came and found the leak. We let Stefano know and thanked him for the discovery and wanted to give him an update. He offered to come back a third time to check after the builder closed the leak to make sure there was no more leak. This is call professionalism. We would recommend him to all our family and friends 100%. Thanks Stefano!
