Shawn and Mo from Air Legend showed up within the scheduled time they mentioned and were extremely polite and professional. They installed the AC in a few hrs and were patient enough to have a technician from my furnace installers company to show up to fix an issue with the furnace. Once all that was said and done they came back to test the AC, collected their payment and all was good. It was really easy to work with Shawn and Mo as they explained what was happening, gave me some good pointers. I would happily work with this company again. This was an easy 10/10

I contacted Respaceit in order to manage my kitchen renovation. They took care of everything from demolition, to helping us with picking and ordering material, meeting trades to getting the new kitchen put in.

Air Point came in for my annual maintainance work for my furnace. The gentleman was thorough, efficient and pleasant to deal with from the point of contact to the point he left. Nice staff and good job overall. I have an AC to replace next summer. Will be calling them back for an estimate for sure.

We hired Kenneth to upgrade our service from 100A to 200A and install a 50Amp outlet in the garage for our EV. There were a few miscommunications around the equipment but Kenneth was quick to fix any of those issues. In the end I am very happy with him and his team’s work. Kenneth is very pleasant and polite to deal with and will accommodate all reasonable requests. They cleaned up the area nicely. Thank you Kenneth for your hard work. We will definitely call you for future work.

My basement sink was backed up. So I called Award Plus and Will showed up with a smile and ready to work. My basement bar sink started to back up everytime the kitchen sink upstairs or laundry ran. He came in snaked it, did a few tests, snaked it again and now the blockage is gone. I have to watch out for it over the next 90 days which is generous of this company. So in total i am pretty happy and would definitely hire them again.

Shakeel and his dad came down who are a part of this company to investigate rodents in our attic. They were super kind, friendly, explained everything to us in detail and made the repair for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I were looking for new front doors and we've been shopping for a while. We spoke with several companies but there was something about Andrew that was just genuine. A few hiccups here and there but we really love our front entry doors. He was very professional along the way and answered all our questions. Our handles were delayed a few weeks so he put up temporary ones. He actually didn't even ask for the balance or a partial amount although majority of the work was completed. He told me he would collect it all after the handles came in. I actually insisted he take half of the remaining balance. The fact of the matter is, Andrew isn't out to take your money and leave you high and dry. He is one of the very few contractors that actually cares about his customers. I have a lot of respect for him and would refer him in a heartbeat.

Update: They contacted me to fix this. 8 stars for now. If they fix it long term i'll bump to 10 otherwise back at 1 for not honoring warranty I purchased a kitchen from Sky Kitchen cabinets under 3 yrs ago. For the first two years things were ok. However, one of the doors started to warp and would not close correctly. After several phone calls and about a month of calling them, they finally sent someone in. I asked them to replace the door and they instead installed a mechanism that they said would fix the warp. Fast forward a few weeks, nothing got fixed. I've been trying to reach them for 2 months to get this issue fixed and they haven't got the decency to call me back. Furthermore I gave them business to another kitchen. My next step will be to contact the business bureau. I like Mohammed and Would liked to have recommended them but after much frustration and emails, I'll have to tell you to stay away.

We got new carriage style garage doors installed. We had received a lot of quotes and we went with Steve not because of his price, but rather his professionalism. He is a hard working young man and you can tell by the quality of his work. There was never a time where Steve wasn't punctual and ready to go. Our doors really look amazing. Thanks to Steve and his company. Highly recommend.

When I'm designing a new space, I always like to keep an element of style but watch the budget. While there is a stigma to Ikea having cheap stuff, I'd argue that the quality is getting better as are the prices. I searched many places to get a nice custom yet stylish look for my basement bar. I was able to find everything I needed to accessorize my basement from Ikea. The customer service was great. They helped me pick out colors and designs. Great service.

Our furnace stopped working over night. I called Reliable Home Comfort and within hours Rob was at our house. He was completely professional, personable and got the job done while explaining what he was doing. Would call these guys back in a heartbeat

My wife and I got a kitchen reno done at sky kitchen and overall we are pleased. We worked with Mohammed who helped us design our kitchen. He was professional and courteous. There were a few bumps down the road but overall we are quite happy with their service. I would definitely engage them on future projects.

We bought a new home and wanted to accessorize it to our taste. We worked with Charlie at Appliance Canada and he was extremely pleasant and courteous to deal with. He is a professional chef so his feedback was extremely important to us. Great experience.

Ralph is an honest, hardworking and diligent person who is great at his job. He really ensures he does the job safely, takes his time and is meticulous about doing a good and clean job. He changed our main breaker panel at a fair price. He coordinated power stream, ESA and got it all done in a few short hours. I would easily recommend him to anybody without hesitation because I know they will be in good hands.

I had a considerable amount of work done from these guys. There were a couple of issues I had dealing with them with scheduling but otherwise they got the job done. Work was done in a timely manner overall and their electrician Grant is definitely knowledgeable and skilled. A good guy overall. There was some miscommunication and i felt i didnt get what i thought i was getting. Overall good groups folks. Update: Thanks Hanna, but I was not referring to the LEDs although I was never under the impression they were free. Rather the understanding was that was the fee including the bulbs. There was the issue with the GFCI breaker installed that only covered half of my kitchen. That was never clear and of course there were other issues we're both aware of and no need to broadcast here.. At the end of the day the work Grant did was superb, just wished the communication and scheduling was better between the office and myself. Thx

I had called pesto kill on a Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday to take care of a wasp nest that I had. A gentleman by the name of Vance came over and took the time to explain what he was doing and educated me on wasps in general. I got to say they did a great job, I have no wasps to deal with anymore. Thanks.

i had a crew come down to give me a quote that thought was more than reasonable and got y backyard tree removed. James and his team were a pleasure to deal with. showed up on time and were done quick. they cleaned up and did a great job. Will definitely use their services again.

My wife and I recently renovated our house so naturally there would be a lot of dust. This is our first house so we weren't too sure what to expect and how the dust impacted our furnance and vents. The duct cleaning specialists were absolutely amazing to deal with. Easy booking on the phone, they called to confirm a few days in advance, their team showed up early (which is great) and they were done in about an hr and a half. The house already feels cleaner. Great job guys, I will definately bring them in next time around.

George came over to my house to install a new gas line for my new stove and for a future BBQ. George was on time, did an amazing job and was friendly. What I really like best about him is him bringing his father with him on the job site. I too am very close with my parents and would welcome any opportunity to work with my dad. He looks like a really big family man and that goes far for me when I hire people.
