North Star Pest Control

A vent cover from our roof came off due to what we now suspect are raccoons. We called North Star and spoke with Shakeel who explained the possible options and rates.

He was punctual, checked in the attic for evidence of animals, checked the roof and provided options. He explained what he was going to do and explained the warranty the company offers.

We opted to get all our vents covered as preventative maintenance and for peace of mind.

Spoke to several companies and Shakeel stood out by far as the smartest and most empathetic. He was also the only person not to use scare tactics and actually talk me out of additional services I did not need which I obviously appreciated.

When he arrived to set up the bait stations for mice he was so patient in explaining everything and also went through the entire house inside and out trying to understand where the problem is coming from.
