Doing renovations in the home, we ended up finding that there were ants living in our water damaged bay window frame. We called North Star Pest Control and they were happy to come out and deal with the issue the same day.

They were very professional in explaining what they were doing and why, as well as pointing out areas they felt the ants were entering the home from.

After we replaced the bay window frame, we did see a small amount of ants still moving around from the window, and they came back and re-sprayed under warranty.

A vent cover from our roof came off due to what we now suspect are raccoons. We called North Star and spoke with Shakeel who explained the possible options and rates.

He was punctual, checked in the attic for evidence of animals, checked the roof and provided options. He explained what he was going to do and explained the warranty the company offers.

We opted to get all our vents covered as preventative maintenance and for peace of mind.

Spoke to several companies and Shakeel stood out by far as the smartest and most empathetic. He was also the only person not to use scare tactics and actually talk me out of additional services I did not need which I obviously appreciated.
