Last month, Air Legend Inc. installed a 2-ton AC Unit, now after a month has passed, I am writing this review. After the AC installation was complete, it started working with the loud condenser making a clunky noise. When I told one of the technicians, he said that it was normal. From the first night, the noise impacted the wall of the house and you can hear it throughout the house and also outside. One of our neighbors told us that the noise can even be heard in their bedroom. I followed up many times with this company and they just sent one technician each time to check-up on the AC and they said that everything was normal or it's not their problem, stating that they are "just an installer company". It is very clear that my contract with them was supply and install, so this installation has a problem (it could be installation or unit itself) and should be replaced or at least one of the main parts that is faulty should be replaced. Now I am also facing complaints from my neighbors. I am very disappointed.

Just to give a heads up, they don't do their responsibility with the warranty.

Our AC broke in the worst extreme heat time. The company has offered reasonable price for its replacement. The whole process went very smoothly, exactly as Nicki from Air Legend had promised. Shawn and Mutaz were excellent, and with on time installation they have also checked on all components impacting the efficiency of our new AC.
