Victorious did a fantastic job on the carpet install. They were very professional and took the time to make sure the job was done right. We had a couple minor issues (from the previous carpet) which the team was able to overcome. Mark was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall I am very satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again if needed. If you are in need of carpet services do not hesitate to reach out to them, you won't be disappointed.

Had railing replaced by Ideal Stairs, and they did a great job. Rajan/Mesh were very responsive to any questions or issues I had and their team was able to complete the job in a very reasonable amount of time. If you are looking to update your stairs or railings I would definitely recommend them.

Had some water in a bottom section of my vapor barrier in the basement. I thought there may have been a crack so I called DryShield and Roy came out to take a look. After checking things out he told me there was no crack but helped determine that there was a small leak and where it was originating from. He charged a nominal fee. I find this to be the sign of a company that is honest and wanting to take care of clients for the long term. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone that needs there type of service without question.

Needed roof replaced and reached out to Fyfe's Roofing (Based on reviews). These guys did an amazing job. Quick and professional! When you call them you get the owner directly, and dealing with Mike was an absolute pleasure. He was prompt, responsive, and told me exactly what needed to get done (didn't up-sell anything). One thing which impressed me the most was his character and punctuality. If he says he is going to be there, we will be there. If he says the job will be done by a certain time, it will be. He told me he would show up around 8:30am, and good thing I moved my car early because the crew was here at 8:15am ready to roll. At the end of the job, Mike personally inspected the roof. I will definitely be calling him for other work that I need to get completed. I highly recommend him and his team. You will not regret it, I promise.

Durham Lawn Jockey has done a wonderful job for me. I saw their truck on the road and decided to give them a call. Great service, great work, very knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. I have used them for the past 2 years, and will be using them for my future lawn needs.

I called Captain Electric based on the reviews on homestars. I had a couple light switches that I thought were arching, so I had them take a look. Since they were going to be there anyway, I inquired about whole home surge protection, which I had be looking at for a while. Enrico did a excellent job and the whole team was great when scheduling and trying to accommodate my work schedule. If you are looking for a very professional team, I would highly recommend them.

All I can say is, above and beyond! After unpleasantly dealing with another well-known big company, who was unable to provide service to my broken down furnace, I decided to give Reliable a call based on the reviews on Homestars. All I can say is I am glad I did! After talking to Darrell on the phone about the issues I was having, the first thing he tried to do was actually help me call the competitors to help demand a service I was not getting (as I was getting nowhere with them). I told him that I would like them to do the work as I was fed up in dealing with this other company. He immediately sent over one of his techs Darrin, to evaluate the situation. When he was done, it was determined that we required a specific part and would be back the next day to fix the issue. When Darrin returned the following day, he replaced the part with the utmost care and followed procedure by the book (which I like). Unfortunately, due to my aging furnace, the part being replaced was too new and would not work with my furnace correctly. Darrin tried EVERYTHING to get it working and showed that the people from Reliable really care for their customers and their quality of work (which was second to none). After discussing it, my wife and I decided to replace the furnace instead of trying to "Band-Aid" the situation. The guys from Reliable (Rob, Darrell, and Darrin) were in the next day and replaced the furnace with speed and professionalism. These guys did a great job and delivered where another big branded company could not. I will be using them in the future for not only the maintenance on the new furnace but any other HVAC issues I have. I have already, and will continue to, recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC services, and hold them in the highest regard. 10++

This is a late late review, but I had to give these guys a review. They are great! Had my ducts cleaned in the summer last year and they are timely, professional, and just all around good guys. They did the job perfect, and answered all questions...very knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing their ducts cleaned in a heart beat!

My issue has been the exact same as the reviewer before me. Furnace was having an issue, and was considered an "emergency" situation by DE (I have protection plan), and yet I have had to struggle to get people to come to my house the same day, when I have no heat in the house! This issue has been going on for 4 days, and no one has been able to give any straight answers to the issue (gas smell related). I also had to resort to calling another company to give me great advice and answers over the phone for free! I got lousy customer service. There is total disconnect within this company as nobody there knows what the other one is doing. The techs don't know what the job is when they arrive (if they show up), the customer care people don't talk to customer service, and none of these people can seem to talk to the scheduling dept. God forbid you need a part ordered...No one knows where the part is, what the tracking number is, ETA, or even what company they use to ship stuff. They are a joke for the price you pay.
